A refined location and exquisite food. Retró is a slightly out-of-the-way restaurant that's absolutely worth the trip and the price. A carefully curated and seasonal menu, impeccable service, attentive waiters, and a truly beautiful addition to the Roman culinary scene. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant looks meticulously crafted, perhaps a little too pretentious. The service was impeccable, and there weren't many tables occupied. The prices are truly exorbitant, but their clever trick is booking with TheFork, which cuts prices in half and attracts customers. It remains to be seen whether people would choose it as a restaurant without TheFork and with the full menu prices. In any case, the food was excellent. It's a shame about the location on Via Trionfale. I would return.

The restaurant is located on Via Trionfale (near Giustiniana) and parking isn't exactly convenient (actually, there's a small parking lot in front of the restaurant shared with other businesses). The interiors justify the name, and the menu isn't extensive but is very refined, featuring excellent ingredients and top-notch preparation. The prices, justified by the high quality and service, are all in all fair, considering that on Saturday nights they regularly have live music with a talented and charming singer, "RAOUL SORRENTI." 🤩👍 Highly recommended.

You can tell they're passionate about what they do. The food was simply fabulous—everything was carefully crafted and the flavors truly authentic. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and you could feel the positive energy that made you feel at home. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back! 👏🍷🍝

The restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but inside it's a whole different story. The decor and professional staff are both very welcoming. The food was excellent and well-served. We enjoyed their entire menu, from appetizers to dessert, and I must say, everything was commendable. We were thrilled with the wonderful dining experience and the welcoming staff. If you're looking for good quality cuisine, I highly recommend this place. Just be aware that you pay for the good stuff, but you won't be disappointed.

I had a solo lunch, a delightful location, and attention to detail. Excellent, high-quality food. While I waited, they brought out a sampling of their turmeric bread, whole grain bread, and spiced breadsticks to accompany an excellent Umbrian olive oil—truly delicious and much appreciated. I tried tagliolini with Pachino sea bass and olives, a delicacy. The beef entrecote was very tender and flavorful. I returned later for dinner, and the food was top-quality. I tried the delicious roasted octopus and seaweed fettuccine with squid, Roman zucchini, and mint—delicious. To finish, a sweet tribute to Naples: rum-soaked baba with incredible vanilla cream and berries. Highly recommended, and congratulations again to everyone.

A truly complete experience, beyond all my expectations. A very sophisticated atmosphere, the staff were knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. The food was excellent, both visually and palatably. A small gift from the house was provided at the end of the meal.

The restaurant is small but charming, and the staff is capable and professional. We dined with theFork, and I hope, even if it's wrong, that the servings were reduced due to the platform's discount... if not, then I think it's a bit overpriced. So, in conclusion, five stars for the food and the aforementioned, but I hope they can improve on the portion sizes, which I find too minimal.

Truly excellent food; the menu is limited, but this translates into the exceptionally high quality offered. Each dish is meticulously prepared and presented. Prices are above average, but overall reasonable. Definitely worth revisiting.
