Since my Italian isn't that good, it was somewhat helpful that the owner understood and spoke English very well and his staff spoke passable English.
The restaurant is worth repeating.

At Trattoria Ponte Peron, you truly feel at home! The food is excellent, with traditional dishes carefully prepared and generous portions. Service is quick and friendly, and the staff is always attentive and smiling. A special mention goes to the owner, not only for his infectious charm but also for his invaluable wine recommendations, which perfectly complement each dish.
A restaurant that combines quality, hospitality, and passion: absolutely worth a try and highly recommended.

We have come from Australia, travelling through and staying local as we go to Venice. We were recommended this place by locals and we are so glad we didn’t go into Asolo for dinner as this was one of the best meals we have had since being in Italy.
I had a pasta dish and my husband had the steak. It was very well priced for the quality and quantity of the meal. The outdoor setting was beautifully done and the selections of wines excellent.
The young staff working there were extremely friendly and service was amazing. Well done as you could tell they all enjoyed working there. This is a reflection of a great local restaurant.
Will highly recommend to family and friends who intend on travelling through this area in the future.

Superb trattoria near Asolo. We went without a reservation and they found us a table in the garden. The staff is all young but very professional and friendly. They serve traditional Venetian cuisine with a nice selection of meats.
If you're passing through, I recommend stopping by; you'll be delighted!

I'd been there years ago with a group and had a great impression, and I'd always wanted to return for a dinner as a couple. This impression was confirmed, and even doubled, because my boyfriend also loved it, more than other places: a lovely atmosphere, surrounded by greenery, with fairy lights, well-spaced tables, nice but unobtrusive music, very good food, and a great wine selection too. What more could you ask for?

The best pasta bolognese I’ve even had in Italy. Great service and atmosphere, and the owner gave us the best limoncello I’ve had before we left.

Last night I went for a company dinner. It was a great place. I had fasona tartare as an appetizer, and exceptional tagliatelle with hand-cut duck ragù. For my second course, I had a 1kg exotic dessert tart. Kudos to the entire staff.
