Restaurant Weisses Rössl In Naturno

The initial skepticism because of the very clear menu (only 1 page) was proven wrong after the first bite at the latest. The beetroot risotto with cream cheese and bacon was an absolute poem. The bacon in wafer-thin, crispy slices gave the whole thing a wonderfully hearty aroma and the dollops of creamy cream cheese literally "melted" into the rest of the dish. The service was very nice and attentive. The furnishings are quite sophisticated. Only the music was a bit too loud for my taste, but that's just to mention something "not positive" ;-).

Great ambience, excellent service and fantastic food👌🏻😊. Compliments of the kitchen and the service💪🏻. Is only recommended.
