Food tasted good and met expectations. The food came extremely quickly. What's not so nice, despite the small hedge, is that you sit pretty close to the street if you prefer the outside seating.

Ich habe heute Abend im Restaurant „Zur Traube“ in Lana zu Abend gegessen. Es war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis. Ein Gasthaus welches noch traditionelle, gut bürgerliche Küche anbietet. Heute habe ich mir zur Abwechslung ein Cordon Bleu bestellt. Der Koch (Inhaber) vom Traubenwirt verwendet für dieses Gericht bestmöglich Zutaten aus Südtiroler Herkunft: Südtiroler Fleisch, (für die Füllung Südtiroler Schinken und den italienische Käse „Taleggio" DOP ((Herkunftsbezeichnung) , weil dieser Käse für dieses Gericht die kulinarische Krönung ist).. Absolut empfehlenswertes Gericht!

We were guests here with friends. The staff was very friendly and nice. The menu isn't too big, that's a good sign. The drinks were on the table quickly. The dishes we ordered also came with acceptable waiting times. All dishes were of good quality. Whether pasta, meat or fish, everything was very tasty and there was enough. The ambience is OK as usual, but not particularly comfortable. After eating, which was completely acceptable, we didn't stay long. The prices are completely OK. Everything is becoming a little more expensive everywhere. But ultimately the staff has to be paid. We would like to come back again to eat.

Four of us were there for dinner today. Very nice atmosphere with very good regional cuisine and great service! We'll be back, probably tomorrow!

Rifugio Pederù

21/08/2024: First Rifugio to stay at during my Alta Via 1 backpacking and I must say that all the staff went above and beyond their duty. Highly recommend!
19/08/2024: Nice refuge, full of people passing through but still pleasant. We ate reasonably well even though the soup was spicy without us having been warned. The strudel with a vanilla concoction, however, was terrible and gave us stomach acid for a day and a half. Medium-high prices, 20 euros and more each for a single course and water.

Restaurant Zum Engel

14/08/2024: I have just returned after staying a week in this which is more than a hotel... it is a wonderful treat from all points of view. The location is very convenient, close to the motorway exit, about 1km walk from the center of Vipiteno with a pedestrian street and is an excellent starting point for visiting the main tourist attractions in the area or for a ride on the nearby cycle path. The hotel is very well looked after, the rooms are spotless, the staff is very kind and available for every need or request for information always with a smile, they also organize pleasant excursions for guests. The relaxation area (indoor swimming pool and SPA) is a true jewel of harmony and tranquility. The restaurant is of high quality for the gastronomic offer, the presentation of the dishes but above all for the dining room staff. Special thanks to Sigrid who spoiled us with her kindness throughout our stay. Super recommended if you want to spend a relaxing holiday!!!
12/08/2024: We spent unforgettable days in this wonderful structure, 10 out of 10, we felt pampered. Thank you ❤️ to all the staff and see you again
