It was an absolute dream vacation for us. The hotel has a fantastic and peaceful location. The pool area, the service, and the food are almost unbeatable. We were lucky enough to experience a garden concert, and that was our highlight :) We will definitely come back.

What a fantastic evening!!!!! We had to spend the evening in the bar with our dog, but the amazing food and wine made up for it. Everyone was very friendly, and Lukas always had the perfect wine to go with the meal. Thank you so much to everyone, we're thrilled and would love to come back.

Beautifully situated farm with a farm shop. The apple balsamic vinegar is a must! We go there just for that. The beer garden is fantastic, and the snacks are delicious! They have their own vegetable garden (exemplarily planted) and a great place to stroll around. We visit twice a year! And we've already reordered the vinegar online!

13/09/2025: Exceptional risotto and ravioli with mountain pine, plus a phenomenal Caesar omelette in a traditional South Tyrolean version. The dishes are presented in a very aesthetically pleasing and appetizing manner, and the price reflects the quality. This place deserves special attention from families with children, as there are plenty of attractions nearby. It was a pleasure to eat and relax here.
12/09/2025: We were welcomed by Stefan, who pleasantly surprised us with a truly excellent menu. We'll definitely be back!

29/10/2025: A wonderful place: We stopped for a (late) lunch after exploring Brixen. The food is prepared with love and is delicious – just like the drinks (the apple juice is great, the beer is excellent, and the ice cream is award-winning). There's a playground for children, and the owner delighted our kids with his magic tricks. We highly recommend Hubenbauer and had a lovely afternoon there!
21/10/2025: It's a very beautiful old building that has been newly renovated. Next door is the in-house brewery, which brews a variety of excellent beers. We went there for lunch with a group during the Törggelen (traditional German festive season). The food was good, but we had to wait a long time for both the drinks and the food, as I felt there were far too few staff for the number of guests. Furthermore, the waiters were unfriendly and very stressed. We wanted a second helping of the three-course Törggelen menu because it wasn't very extensive. We got one, but we were charged extra for the second helping when we paid.
