Very good to excellent cuisine, a small menu, but top-notch ingredients. For example, we had the champagne risotto with quail egg and truffle – I can recommend it 100%. The apple fritters with cinnamon ice cream and the crème brûlée were also superb.

We've been visiting this restaurant for many years, and it's definitely the culinary highlight every year. We always choose the surprise menu and have never been disappointed or had the same dishes. Anna and Roland are a great team, and we look forward to our visit every year. Highly recommended!

23/02/2026: My husband and I were blown away by the food and service at Sotriffer. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was exceptional. You can tell so much care and intention goes into every single dish. The deconstructed apple strudel was incredible as well as the sheep’s milk ricotta- the flavors worked together so seamlessly. My husband and I left feeling so taken care of. They didn’t miss a single detail. When I will recommend everyone to dine at this restaurant.
17/02/2026: Nice restaurant in this town with good food and wine options. They don’t have much vegetarians option but they made one pasta for us.

07/03/2026: Longer waiting times even during the week, but once you got a table, the ambient was very nice. The service was decent and overall good food.
27/02/2026: A very pleasant restaurant where we have enjoyed several good à la carte meals without a reservation.
