The price-to-facility ratio is fine. The slight shortcomings are overcome by the pleasant hosts, excellent food and service. The icing on the cake is the location, the view is magnificent from every angle. I hope to come back soon. Highly recommended

Simple rooms. Quiet. Good breakfast. Restaurant with very good food. Friendly staff.

The guesthouse's location, a bit outside of town, is beautiful. The room we had was unbearable. It felt like it did in the early 80s. A bathroom stall was built into the room, making it impossible to move around in. The wardrobe doors were ajar because there was no key or handle. The pillows were a crumple, filled with foam cubes, and the mattresses were worn out. While the balcony offered a beautiful view while standing, it wasn't inviting to sit down. The table was made of a few boards nailed together, and the side wall had a planked paneling with flaking wood chips. The breakfast was good, and the selection was plentiful. But that couldn't make up for the condition of the room. We left early. Our complaint on site couldn't be understood.

As campers next door, we naturally also visited the restaurant twice. The food was truly delicious and tastefully prepared and presented. The view from the beer garden is fantastic, and the service is friendly. Excellent value for money 👌

We felt very comfortable in the hotel from the very beginning. The room was a bit dated and there was no TV, but that didn't bother us. The room was very clean and there was plenty of storage space. The food in the restaurant was always delicious and freshly prepared. The breakfast was more than adequate for us (at home, the selection is smaller). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a lovely outdoor terrace with a fantastic view.

Overall, it is a large portion.

Super friendly and helpful service. The location was superb; it was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, and the house Vernatsch red wine complemented it; everything was perfect. We'd love to come back.

We weren't on a pension fund or campers. But the restaurant also deserves a mention. We had a very good meal, but above all, I'd like to praise the friendly staff. So feel free to enjoy the view with a good beer and some food.

Tirolo is a very beautiful place. The hotel was just as beautifully situated above Merano. However, the double room was like a large storage room. Ancient furniture and an old, small bathroom. The beds were much too small, there was no TV, no sunscreen, and only two electrical outlets in the entire room. The value for money was absolutely terrible.
