Restaurant Schneeburghof In Tirolo

Always wonderful on the large terrace. Reservations are essential, either by phone or in person. The food is delicious. We received excellent advice, as we needed a gluten-free meal.

We stayed at the Schneeburghof for 8 days. We felt completely at home. It has a family atmosphere, and the service is truly fantastic. Our room was really nice, with a balcony overlooking Schenna and the mountains...simply gorgeous. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, and the prices are really great, too! We'll definitely be back!

Super delicious food. A small menu, homemade, highly recommended. Very cozy, everyone friendly. Very good value for money.

We spent two nights at the Schneeberghof with our camper. It was beautiful. The grounds were very well-maintained, with a garden feel, very clean, and idyllically situated above Merano in the vineyards. There are only two toilets and two showers, but everything worked smoothly and we never had to wait long. The food at the inn was very good. The site is gravel, and the areas are about 5 meters wide. Officially, it's a motorhome parking space. A walk to Merano is worthwhile; you can also take a chairlift back, which is fun, but quite expensive at €6 per person.

Originally designated for campers only, we were able to pitch our tent on the meadow under olive trees. A priceless view over Merano. It's quiet, but the access isn't recommended with bikes. We're at such a high altitude that a bus would be better. Unfortunately, there are only two showers with poor ventilation and a coin-operated machine. Shower time is very short. The restaurant offers a coffee shop early in the morning, and bread delivery is available (pre-order). Those arriving late can buy supplies in town.

We felt completely at home at the Schneeburghof. Great location, magnificent view. Well-maintained grounds with a small pool. A look into the kitchen reveals that everything is spotless. The rooms, although not brand new, are also very clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Dinner was delicious. The entire team was always cheerful, friendly, and super organized. The price-performance ratio was definitely good. We stayed at the Schneeburghof for four nights and booked three double rooms.

A wonderfully run family business, super friendly. The food was delicious. We once again felt completely at home in the wonderful surroundings. 👍👍👍

The food at the Schneeburghof is delicious!! Large portions, loving service staff and a beautiful view. We would love to come back.

The space is great and the restaurant is even better! Maybe think about more toilets.

We were only here at the campsite for one night and really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. It tasted great and was particularly beautifully prepared. We had spareribs and saltimbocca - both tasted excellent. The service was also super friendly - all in all - a pleasure 😊
