Restaurant Rosengarten In Nova ponente

The waitress was very sweet and good, but I didn't think the food was anything to write home about. There are only a few dishes to choose from, so I choose the steak, medium. I get a generously well-done steak, and I was asked if it was too done before I had cut it. Then I quickly cut it, indeed too done. Sent it back. The next attempt was still almost raw. I wouldn't order the steak here.. my husband's burger was tasty. I also ordered raspberry juice, but it turned out to be lemonade, also a bit disappointing. The chocolate cake for dessert was okay. It doesn't taste homemade, a bit dry. I would come back for the restaurant and the service, but I would order something else...

A bar with a very retro style but essentially functional even if everything is entrusted to an excellent waitress/barista who while serving at the tables and cutting a slice of cake, simultaneously gives change to those who pay in cash. All without the need for a cashier. Amazing! The coffee is quality even if with a very robust note. Ample parking and the possibility of consuming outside with a view of the street....

We had take away fries. They were delicious, fair price.

Ottima cucina con buona scelta, anche di piatti tipici, servizio cordiale e simpatico. Prezzi molto ragionevoli, merita una sosta.

Excellent for passing through the road from Bolzano to Val di Fassa, Moena

Ci siamo fermati per caso andando in Val di Fassa (via Carezza) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sistemata l'auto nel comodo parcheggio di pertinenza siamo stati cordialmente accolti dai giovani ragazzi che si occupano del servizio che ci hanno sistemato un tavolo rapidamente e fatti accomodare nella piccola ma confortevole sala. In breve tempo siamo stati serviti e abbiamo potuto apprezzare sia l'eccellente qualità del cibo che le porzioni (generose) nonché la buona scelta di vini (anche al calice) da abbinare. Cucina tipica della zona, senza fronzoli eccessivi ma di sostanza e indubbia qualità delle materie prime, cucinate molto bene e servite con garbo e professionalità. Prezzi assolutamente onesti e commisurati alla qualità del cibo. Da non trascurare ambiente piacevole, pulito e servizi igienici perfetti e riforniti di tutto il necessario. Aggiungo, ulteriore punto a favore, che hanno orari abbastanza flessibili (almeno a pranzo) in quanto hanno accolto e fatto accomodare, sempre con un sorriso, persone anche oltre le h 14:00. Una piacevolissima sorpresa che consiglio a chiunque cerchi una proposta informale di qualità a prezzi onesti.
