During a trip to Val Pusteria, my family and I stopped at Putzer, a restaurant located along the route to Valdaora. The first impression was positive: the environment is clean and welcoming, and, despite the evening time, it was not crowded. The staff immediately proved helpful and courteous, helping to make the experience pleasant. We ordered a mix of dishes: pizza, ravioli, fries and a charcuterie board. The pizza, although not typical of this area, has nothing to do with those of Caserta that we are used to, but overall it was satisfactory. Worth noting is the excellence of the beer produced on site, truly excellent. The menu is very varied and offers a wide choice of dishes, with prices that I consider fair compared to the quality offered. In conclusion, the Putzer is a place that I recommend for those looking for a pleasant stop in Val Pusteria, especially for lovers of craft beer.

The pizza tastes really good! The service is great too! The high number of dogs in the dining room really bothered me, and there were two huge dogs (Bernese or similar) at the neighboring table that ate from the table with the guests. I don't find that acceptable!

Excellent restaurant, wide choice of first and second courses, pizza, typical products and more. Refined and really good dishes. Friendly staff with fast service. Elegant place with tables also outside. Parking in front of the entrance. Correct quality-price ratio. Advised!

Passing through to go to the Aurina Valley Prices a little high on some things but good portions. Service a little slow but friendly.
