Wonderful experience...the staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and a very rich dinner, a family atmosphere. I had the same room I had in 1985/90. Kudos to the Glira family for creating a lovely atmosphere.

Not sure how is the hotel, but the pizza is EXCELLENT! Was a bit hungry after a long transfer from Venice … saw this place near by… Ordered a pizza with some ham and mushrooms and it was excellent! The pizza was super crisp and was gone within 10 min… Good portion for one person, thin and crisp! The staff was super nice:) Highly recommended!

An exceptional and unforgettable experience. We stayed at this hotel for a week and felt pampered every day, as if we were at home. From the rich and delicious breakfast to the always well-stocked dinners with a variety of options. A special mention goes to Sigfrido, the tireless waiter who brightened our days with his jokes and courtesy; to our colleague in the dining room, whose name I unfortunately don't remember; to Niccolò at the front desk and our lovely colleague from Cremona, who always responded efficiently to our questions and concerns. The entire staff, in any case, was always top-notch and made our week truly enjoyable. What more can I say? Thank you, Hotel Dolomiten: we hope to see you again soon!

We were very satisfied with both the room and the service. Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, excellent food, and everything was super clean. The room was cleaned every day, and there were always fresh towels. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The reception on the first day of arrival and during our whole stay was truly lovely – it made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. The dining room staff took great care of us and brightened every breakfast and dinner with their kindness. We were especially happy that it was possible to arrange an early breakfast to take with us when we headed out on early hikes. And the relaxation in the spa center upon our return was simply divine.

It has everything you need in a hotel for visiting the Dolomites. Spacious, comfortable, and modern rooms. Attentive and professional service. Half-board with dinner is worth the price and quality of the food.

Beautiful location, a bit off the road. But the view of the mountain-facing pool is spectacular.

I stayed for a week and had a great time. The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-furnished, and we ate very well.

We just left and we already miss it... the kindness of the host who cuddled Maggie, our Labrador puppy, as well as Sigghi, Sara, and Rita, competent and kind... it's like feeling at home 🏠 The large and clean room, the central location, close to the trail to the magical forest! A pleasant discovery that will surely be a reference point for future holidays in the Pusteria Valley.
