Very attentive service, very good food, but very expensive

Unfortunately there must have been some problem with our order even though the place was empty and we had booked, the ribs arrived 30 minutes late, we needed communication beforehand if those dishes took so long, we would have ordered an appetizer while we waited... in the meantime, however, they gave a little thought for the wait, a welcome gesture but it doesn't make up for the long wait... but the meat dish was very good... high prices but a rich dish... in conclusion I took a selection of cheeses, which however had sauces on the plate in too large quantities and positioned in the centre, I recommend placing the sauces only on one side so as not to mix it with the cheeses even unintentionally... the cheeses were good and so was the accompanying chatney
