I have never been treated in any hotel in such a kind and friendly way, both in the lounge, at the bar and in the spa, very kind staff who make you feel at ease like being at home, the breakfast lady is too nice, and everyone is very good, fantastic location , good food, top breakfast; the only thing I can recommend would be the coffee machine in the room. We will definitely be back

We often drive over the Reschen and never thought we would go on holiday there. Why not earlier? We asked ourselves this question again and again over the course of the 4 days. The hotel, the location, the ambience, the staff - everything was simply sensational. Everything was perfect, from A to Z. The friendliness, the familiarity, you were in good hands and felt like you were in good hands from the first second. This is how holidays should be, this is how you can relax, this is how you enjoy coming back again and again. Nothing was fake - everything was real - just great. Please keep it up!!! The food was excellent, prepared with a lot of love, varied and varied - simply amazing.

It's so nice, the warm welcome, the service, Erika's "good morning", relaxing in the panoramic sauna and the joy of the evening menu.

Excellent hotel, fantastic management, flexibility, customer orientation and very friendly helpful staff. Quality cuisine, excellent breakfast buffet! Excellent wine list with products from the region and others. Excellent value for money! Compliments!!

We stayed for a weekend with the excuse of admiring the bell tower protruding from the water. Lovely place. Very kind staff ready to fulfill every type of need. At check in they also offered us a welcome cocktail. Excellent food and breakfast buffet with everything and more! The only "negative" sides of the room were the lack of Italian channels on the tea and the lack of sugar/honey in the tray for making tea. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great, nothing to complain about other than the fact that it's in a little bit of a remote village for me, but it's perfect for me to just switch off for a few days

Fantastic hotel from all points of view: location, internal and external services, food and customer care

Stayed here for four nights as it was one of the only kid friendly spa hotels we could find. The hotel has a perfect view of the lake, it’s worth paying extra for a lake room view. The check in process was super fast, we had pre filled in the form so were given our keys immediately followed by a welcome drink. The room itself was huge and had a big balcony with seats, modern bathroom and baby travel bed. Breakfast was also good with a variety of cold foods plus fresh eggs. The highlight was dinner, a five course menu with an antipasta and salad buffet. There was always new selections, I particularly enjoyed the vitello tonnato. You can tell the chefs take care in their work. The main courses then usually consisted of a local meat or fish or vegetarian option, the dishes changed each night and all were really five star. The staff were also friendly and professional, they all took the time to chat with our baby and look after us while we were there. The spa area was also excellent, there is a section that allows kids and then an adults only zone. This means if you don’t have kids you can go to the adults only section to hang out, for us we mostly stayed in the kids section or one of us with the baby and the other could use the saunas and steam room in the adult section. The saunas in the adult section also overlook the lake. There is an outdoor heated mini pool too, and you can order drinks from the bar with your phone which we did a few times and were able to enjoy the beautiful weather. The area itself offers hiking trails, biking, skiing and water activities at the lake. With a small baby, we just walked around the lake and town, stopping for coffee and food in the local restaurants. One small improvement would be if the hotel offered warm food between breakfast and dinner. There is a lunch menu from 1-2 but with a breakfast buffet and being out we often missed this window and were hungry in mid afternoon, maybe a small soup and bread menu or something else that can be pre prepared by the chefs would be a nice addition. Overall this was an excellent stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We expect to be back in future!

We stayed here for five days in August and booked a lake view room. Apart from the fact that the area here is to die for, we couldn't have found a better hotel. First row to the lake. All areas of this hotel are beautiful, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and accommodating. The treatments we booked (massages and mani, pedicures) were also wonderful. We also had dinner twice in the hotel in the evening - it was excellent!!!! we will definitely come back!

I stayed for a week in July '24 as I have for years now, the stay is always very very pleasant, both for the location of the structure overlooking the lake, for the rooms (with always something new) and for the very welcoming and helpful staff to every need.
