Restaurant Leitenschenke In Cermes

We stumbled upon the Leitenschenke panoramic restaurant quite by chance while looking for something warm to eat – which isn't easy in the afternoon in South Tyrol. The approach through the narrow streets and steep slopes is a bit challenging, but it's worth it – or you can combine the visit with a hike along the beautiful Waalweg (Waal path). The restaurant is beautifully situated with breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The food was a real treat; the menu, while simple, offered something for every taste. We were absolutely impressed by the value for money, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. A real insider tip – we'd love to come back!

So tasty with really large portions that justify the price. The view is simply breathtaking!! I can only recommend taking the hike up and discovering cute little paths.

A beautiful place, a little oasis of relaxation. Particularly noteworthy are the house wine and the apricot dumplings. A culinary delight. We have special memories of this place and would love to come back.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gelegen mit einem tollen Ausblick. Eltern können die Zeit meist noch etwas besser genießen durch das umfangreiche Angebot für die Kleinen (Spielplatz, Kicker, kleine Tiere, Malstation,...). Alle Bedienungen sind äußerst freundlich und gut organisiert. Und letztlich bietet das Essen sehr viel für den Preis. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio für 12€ bei toller Qualität und großer Menge ist wirklich super. Wunderschön!
