We always love coming here. We love the atmosphere, the food, and the service is simply incredibly friendly and great.

The bacon dumplings were unfortunately very dense. The salad was presented rather carelessly, the bread slices should have been crispier, some of the tomato pieces were enormous, the apricot dumpling was good, but the vanilla sauce was very runny and lacked any thickening. The plate could have been presented more attractively. They should consider whether the butter and cinnamon crumbs were sufficient. Perhaps a dollop of cream would be more visually appealing and better in terms of taste. The service was very attentive, almost a bit too much so. The ambiance was very nice.

Great inn with excellent food. Located right on the Waalweg (Waal Trail). Reservations recommended during peak season.
