14/06/2025: Very elegant and clean place, kind waiters and excellent lunch formula. The sushi was delicious and very fresh. The free fruit was also much appreciated. Perhaps the only flaw was the slightly slow service.

The environment is elegant and simple, with attention to detail: soft lighting, wooden decorations create a relaxed atmosphere. The gesture of the hot towel at the beginning is excellent, a touch that, although it seems banal, makes the difference in feeling cared for. The **friendly service** completes the experience, with smiling and helpful staff. *Weaknesses*: The **wait** between one course and another is often exaggerated, even when the place is not full. The **menu-bearing knights** leave a flaw in cleanliness, an unpleasant detail at the table. The **QR code** system to view the digital menu is convenient, but it becomes inconvenient not to be able to order directly from there, forcing you to wait for the waiter to confirm. Furthermore, despite the impeccable aesthetics of the dishes, the **flavor** does not take off compared to a normal *all you can eat*, leaving some disappointment on the quality-price ratio.
