A very charming early 20th-century hotel. We had a magnificent junior suite with a splendid sea view and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, the service attentive, and the staff delightful. There's no parking, but it's not a problem at all: there's a large parking lot right across the street. We chose this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway with the clear objective of a relaxing stay, especially thanks to the on-site spa. The hotel itself was generally a positive experience: a very pleasant and well-equipped room, quality bedding, a beautiful view, a perfectly adequate breakfast, and an ideal location facing the sea, at the entrance to the pedestrian zone and close to the casino. The reception was professional and courteous, without being particularly warm. However, the spa and massage services were a real disappointment. Although located within the hotel, the treatment center is managed independently, and hotel guests are not given priority. As a result, it was impossible to enjoy the spa together, which completely ruined the atmosphere of a romantic and relaxing stay. Regarding the massage itself, the experience was very disappointing: a rushed, low-quality service, without any real sense of letting go or relaxation. For someone who particularly enjoys massages, it was clearly a wasted hour of relaxation and a waste of money, far from what one expects in an establishment of this caliber. In short, the hotel is pleasant, but the wellness experience, which was a deciding factor in our choice, falls short. If you're looking for a true spa and relaxation weekend, it's best to be aware of this before booking.

A truly wonderful experience on my second stay at this hotel. Nadya is lovely and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is fabulously located, right on the seafront and in the heart of the city! The rooms are magnificent. The breakfast is like something out of a fairy tale. I will definitely return during the off-season when the prices are lower. Thank you for everything!

This is our second year here, and we had a wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the location is just steps away from everything...the sea, the casino, and the Ariston. If we had to find a flaw, it would probably be the high cost of the B&B rate compared to just staying overnight. It's €50 more per room, but the breakfast is very rich and varied, but €25 per person for breakfast, especially if you're used to cappuccino and a croissant.

Everything was perfect and more. A large, very refined room with many thoughtful touches. A magical breakfast. Exemplary staff. Minor drawbacks: difficult parking, noisy air conditioning, and a lack of French TV channels.

It's one of those hotels where quality reigns supreme, both in the common areas and in the rooms. The staff is professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. The location is also excellent: you're close to the sea and just a few minutes from the city center, yet without the hustle and bustle. Overall, it's a refined, comfortable hotel, perfect for a high-end stay in Sanremo.
