A fantastic hotel! All the dishes were freshly cooked by the chef and were very tasty and attractively presented. We were pleasantly surprised by the drink prices. The staff (room service, waiters, breakfast service) were always friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you so much ❤️ to the super all-female staff. The chef and pastry chef are superb. Excellent breakfasts and dinners with quality products, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Very clean environment, modern and comfortable lobby, quiet rooms with views of the Kronplatz. Beautiful spa to relax in after a day of hiking.

We come here every year exclusively for breakfast or lunch. The service is truly excellent and the staff are very friendly. They make truly delicious cakes. Even if you're not staying, I highly recommend stopping by!

Kohlern

21/08/2025: The staff at Gastof Kohlern made us feel like we were the only guests on site. They were a attentive, kind, and truly built a relationship from the moment we checked in. The views from the property are unmatched. You can see the entire Bolzano city and valleys beyond. Looking at the mountainside with vineyards and villages from our balcony was like looking at a painting! Incredibly peaceful after a day of hiking. You will not get this view from Ortisei or Brixen, I can guarantee that! From the coursed dinners, to the thoughtful interiors, to the relaxing treatment from Nadine, this hotel checked all the boxes. The owners of this hotel are present and put so much care to your experience. They went above and beyond. Thank you Natalie, Josef and our new friends in the Dolomites!
19/08/2025: We discovered this inn through "My Local, Your Local." Since we're currently on vacation in South Tyrol, we didn't want to miss the opportunity to visit. The food was delicious and the service very attentive and friendly. We would give it 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️.

01/08/2025: This dinner was a real treat, delicious pizzas, perhaps the best ever. Tasty dough, original toppings, and reasonably priced. The service was correct but could be a bit friendlier; they were rather curt.
