A typical South Tyrolean restaurant above Nalles. A pleasant discovery, the dishes are a perfect blend of tradition and innovation: not only spectacular, but also hearty and enjoyable. Excellent value for money. I can only recommend trying it.

A farmhouse above Nalles serving traditional South Tyrolean cuisine using fresh, top-quality ingredients. The location is very charming, with a beautiful view. They have two terraces; the one adjacent to the main dining room is perhaps a bit warm due to the lack of ventilation. I'm not sure they serve the terrace below, but it would certainly be cooler downstairs (or inside). Heat aside, the food is good and portions are generous. Service is friendly and helpful, but there are still a few minor inaccuracies (for example, a dessert with cream arrived without it, a wine ordered that arrived with a different one, dishes don't always arrive at the table at the same time... Little things, in short). Nevertheless, you'll leave feeling full and satisfied.

The Apollonia Inn is always a highlight for us! Here, down-to-earth, regional cuisine meets modern, creative touches – exactly our thing. The dishes are lovingly prepared, with super-fresh local ingredients, and always a little surprise on the plate. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly – you can tell the team enjoys what they do. The terrace is particularly nice! From there, you have a fantastic view over Bolzano to the Dolomites – simply the perfect place to enjoy good food. Absolutely fair value, and the portions are filling and satisfying. If you're in Nals, you should definitely go! 🍷🥘🌄

Once you've mastered the narrow, winding road to the Apollonia Inn, nestled amidst vineyards, you'll be treated to not only a stunning view but also outstanding food. The very friendly service served us true delicacies. And all at fair prices. The selection of various beers, including non-alcoholic ones, was surprising. As was the extensive wine list. We were so impressed that we returned two days later. Anyone anywhere near Merano or Bolzano should definitely make a detour.

Very tasty traditional food I can only recommend to everyone

This was our top restaurant stop here in the Bolzano area. The decor and atmosphere were wonderful and welcoming and the sun setting on the distant Dolomites made it magical. The food was a mix of creative flavours with a home cooked feeling. Best of all was the service. The family of staff was charming, caring and so absolutely friendly. They were the highlight of our visit. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again in the future.

My girlfriend and I visited the Apollonia Inn on July 4th and were absolutely thrilled. Simply perfect from start to finish. We've rarely experienced such great and attentive service. The food was simply fantastic. For anyone who appreciates good food, the value for money here is unbeatable. We will definitely return if we vacation in South Tyrol again.
