After a steep climb through magnificent grounds, you reach the Apollonia Inn. An exceptional gourmet menu awaits guests. Moderate prices and excellent cuisine will win over every guest.👍 The service staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The hotel's own spring water is provided free of charge!

We decided to stop by on a whim about two weeks ago, and it was a little too late. We didn't realize this until later; the search results said 11 p.m. The kitchen closes earlier, though. But that didn't detract from the friendliness of the chef and staff. The food was exceptionally good and absolutely reasonably priced. The service was super friendly. We would definitely come back.

29/06/2025: Wonderful innovative tasting menu and wine pairings. Service is superb.
27/06/2025: We love good food and have an 8-month-old child. Therefore, we visited the day before to reserve a table and ask if it was okay to come with a baby. We received a very warm welcome, even with our baby. You can't imagine how happy we were, as it was our first Michelin-starred restaurant since the birth of our daughter 😊 Everyone was so kind to us and our child! We felt very comfortable and welcome. The food and wine were also excellent!!! Thank you for the hospitality and the cuisine <3

25/06/2025: We had a wonderful evening at the inn. The staff was attentive, the food and wine were really good, the ambiance was fantastic, and the outdoor area was quite quiet despite being right on the street, with perfect music. Our only complaint is the cover charge. It's only common practice in Italy, and as we all know, South Tyroleans don't consider themselves Italians 😉
