Restaurant Apollonia In Nalles

For a special meal, the Apollonia Inn is a great place. The dishes looked and tasted delicious. When we were there, they offered vegan chestnut cream soup and potato rösti with various vegetables and cream. Unfortunately, the soup was only partially vegan. It should have also included beetroot and potato fritters. Furthermore, the portions weren't very large, so we were feeling a bit hungry again after a short while. We commend their commitment to catering to vegans. A vegan "standard" or simple dish would be the next logical step.

Well, what can I add that hasn't already been said? Fantastic food from a small menu. South Tyrolean classics with an Italian twist. Plus, a focus on regional ingredients, but not overdone. Our service was truly delightful and very attentive. And then, of course, the covered terrace offers a picture-perfect panoramic view of the valley. There's a nice playground for children in front of the building. Prices are slightly on the high side, but almost too good to be true considering the quality. The selection of local non-alcoholic beers was a pleasant surprise. You can definitely see a trend there. A detour from the valley is well worth it, especially when it's over 30 degrees Celsius "down below." Reservations are recommended.

Excellent food at absolutely fair prices. Friendly and attentive service. Unfortunately, we had to sit in the bar as it was already full. Nevertheless, we'd gladly come back; highly recommended.

Excellent and original food with a strong focus on local produce; the staff is particularly attentive and friendly. The restaurant is refined and elegant, and the location is stunning, with views of the Dolomites. Not "cheap," but reasonably priced. Recommended, even for a "bella figura" lunch.

I'll be honest: I'm very picky when it comes to quality, taste, and service – it's rare to find a place that truly satisfies me. But this restaurant really won me over. From the first impression to the last bite, everything was perfectly coordinated. The food was of the highest quality, served with heart and passion. Highly recommended!

Family lunch 😊 It wasn't the first time. I love this rustic, warm little place with a menu that changes depending on the season (autumn...)! I had a goat cheese appetizer and then the local goulash, Dinkel Spätzle, and mixed salad. A generous portion!

The seasonal menu was exceptional, as was the hospitality! Beautiful location & views are a bonus :)

Always worth a trip. Don't be afraid of the winding route, though. At the top, you'll be more than rewarded. Great food, a fantastic view, and a friendly welcome are always welcome. Tip: You can only enjoy everything in good weather.
