Alcune recensioni credo si riferiscano a ristoranti con lo stesso nome, alcuni anche poco distanti, perché attribuire un voto negativo a questo locale davvero mi risulta difficile. Cominciamo col dire che la gestione è nuova, del 2024, quindi gli anni passati non prendeteli in considerazione. La location è bella, in stile, con un grazioso terrazzo per chi preferisce cenare all'aperto. Il personale è estremamente gentile e preparato, la maitre bravissima. Cucina locale ma con accostamenti moderni e ricercati, e con materie prime di ottima qualità. I prezzi, abituato a Bologna, sono assolutamente sotto la media di ristoranti pari livello, in sei con menù alla carta e più o meno le stesse portate per tutti (qualcuno ha scelto un secondo anziché il primo, ottimo anche quello) 60 euro per un antipasto ottimo, un primo eccellente (ho chiesto se fosse stato possibile averlo abbondante e gentilmente hanno esadito la richiesta) il dessert e il vino con amaro al seguito mi sembra davvero encomiabile. Difficile farsi 300 km per cenare ma potessi lo frequenterei certamente più spesso. I miei complimenti.

Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr nur für einen Drink auf der Terrasse waren und uns fest vorgenommen haben, wieder zu kommen, hat es dieses Jahr geklappt. Wir konnten 2 Nächte in diesem sensationell schönen Hotel verbringen. Wir waren restlos begeistert. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und edel eingerichtet, die Gastgeberin Elisabeth und das gesamte Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht. Das Abendessen im Hotel war sensationell gut und die Auswahl an Weinen einfach gigantisch. Auch das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Rundherum hat alles gepasst und war perfekt abgestimmt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit bei ihnen.
