A wonderful stay at the Ansatz Steinbrück! The historic building is not only a true gem from the outside, but is also beautifully modernized and tastefully furnished inside. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and exude a pleasant, feel-good atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the hostess, Elisabeth – incredibly warm, attentive, and always accommodating. You feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment. A real highlight is the fine dining restaurant: The new, young head chef brings a breath of fresh air to the kitchen, and the creations blend perfectly with the elegant ambience of the hotel. The whole experience is rounded off by consistently professional and attentive service. In short: a place where history, modern comfort, warmth, and culinary excellence come together. Highly recommended – 5 stars!

Beautiful well-kept property, it was a culinary delight

Beautiful hotel with perhaps the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Very fresh, lots of variety, and a very sweet host. The hotel is spotlessly clean, has a beautiful view, and excellent service. It smelled wonderful everywhere. We're on our honeymoon and were surprised with a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room! We enjoyed them together with a view of the mountains. Thank you so much for that!!! Parking is also easy and pleasant. Points to keep in mind: If you have difficulty climbing stairs, the hotel can be challenging, especially with heavy suitcases. We had the fine dining menu in the hotel restaurant. Although the food itself was delicious, and the service was very friendly and good, we found the dinner a bit expensive (€475 for two people). We give it 5 stars because of the peaceful location, lovely people, and beautiful decor.

An extraordinary hotel set within historic walls, with meticulous attention to detail. Each room is unique, the corridors winding, and the ambiance exquisitely antique. The dining experience is excellent, both in the à la carte restaurant and in the fine dining area, La Lumosa.

Este fue un viaje de madre e hija. Normalmente evito usar mi tiempo para escribir reseñas, sin embargo, el esfuerzo que Elisabeth ha puesto en la propiedad para crear un ambiente reflexivo merece reconocimiento. Tuvimos una experiencia absolutamente excepcional en Ansitz Steinbock y volveríamos otra vez. Múltiples espacios invitan a la conversación o la contemplación. Mis favoritos fueron nuestro balcón; la sala de estar con vistas fabulosas, hermosos muebles y café expreso recién hecho en la cocina contigua; y el área del patio con asientos sumamente cómodos y vistas tremendas. Me complace recomendar ampliamente a Ansitz Steinbock.

We had a wonderful time at the Ansitz Steinbock in June. Where do I begin: Elisabeth, the owner and soul of the house. Her warm personality and incredibly good taste make the hotel something truly special. Every member of staff is super friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the fine dining, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it—it's a truly special experience! An incredibly fantastic menu by Rene Tschager, with Juri accompanying us just as brilliantly. Preserving tradition and mixing it with modern elements—that's exactly what they did here. We also had a fantastic time at the Villander Alm—an equally unforgettable day that defies words. What didn't we like? That we had to leave today ;) But we're sure we'll be back! THANK YOU for this unforgettable time!

We spent three wonderful days in the Steinmann double room. The room is the smallest in the house, but still very spacious and offers a great view of the mountains. It also has an en-suite bathroom, which, like the room, is furnished with high-quality furniture. Unlike the suites, the room (which we knew) doesn't have a sauna, but that didn't bother us. The welcome from Elisabeth was warm, and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. Even special requests, such as breakfast on the terrace, were no problem. The food was very good both in the fine dining and half board options; René Tschager, the new chef, is doing very well. Elisabeth also made it possible to have an aperitif and chat with the chef beforehand, which was great. Breakfast was small but excellent. There's a buffet and an a la carte menu from which you can choose, for example, egg dishes. We would have appreciated an even larger selection of cheeses or vegetables, but that's just nitpicking. The coffee is excellent. The prices are rather high overall (€10 per 0.1 glass of wine). And you shouldn't stay here just for the spa/pool. There are, of course, better options in South Tyrol. But they make an effort: guests use the pool at the Hotel Hubertus, which is a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we're happy to give it 5/5 stars because the hotel impresses with its high culinary finesse and beautiful rooms :)

Excelente experiencia en Ansitz! El desayuno era delicioso, la cena era un placer para los sentidos y todo sobre esta propiedad significa clase! Hemos viajado por todo el mundo y calificaría este lugar en la parte superior. Elizabeth es una anfitriona maravillosa y ella va mucho más allá de la llamada del deber de cuidar de usted. Ella creó un itinerario personalizado de dos días para nosotros que era simplemente magnífico.
