We had an appetizer and two dishes.
The food was very good.
The ambiance was great; we really enjoyed it. We also received a special from the kitchen with our appetizer and coffee, a very tasty selection.
We felt very comfortable here.

We searched for this restaurant online. What can I say? Everything was delicious, the dishes were well-balanced and delicious. We each had an appetizer and a first course. Perhaps I would have added a little mussel water to my first course (pasta, bell pepper, and mussels) to give it a savory kick and counteract the sweetness of the bell pepper. The appetizer (pink shrimp, peach, and lemon) was exceptional from the first bite.
The dessert was lovely (the pine cone), but I would have preferred it to be a little creamier and perhaps with a crunchy base like a Lecce-style spumone.
What can I say? If you're in the area, stop by!

The food is good, with excellent ingredients, but unfortunately it's gourmet, so when you leave after paying a lot you have to make yourself a sandwich because you're hungry...😃😀

The restaurant is undoubtedly excellent, the impeccable service, the chef's hospitality, the small pastries—everything is perfect. The undisputed quality of the ingredients is combined with a balanced yet experimental cuisine, a rare combination that respects the chef's creativity and the palates of the diners. It showcases the ability to showcase local products while respecting their flavor, in a new and never cloying way. We treated ourselves to a complete dinner, from appetizer to dessert, drinking an excellent wine recommended by the restaurant manager. The three of us enjoyed different courses every time, without waiting, even on the evening of Ferragosto. In other cities, we would certainly have spent double, or triple, as much. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The refined yet informal atmosphere is complemented by the courteous service, the cool, well-kept, and quiet outdoor patio, and the good jazz music playing softly in the background. A welcoming, unpretentious restaurant, perfect for special occasions as well as dinners with friends or family. We'll definitely be back. Kudos especially for offering a high-quality experience, with an elegant simplicity that immediately puts you at ease. We didn't take photos of the dishes, but I recommend the taste of discovery, the splendid plating.

The cuisine is very interesting, with original dishes that are also tied to the local area. The wine list is thoughtful and offers a wide selection. The staff is made up of young, very friendly and unobtrusive women.

Congratulations!!!
We started with an appetizer of Fassona beef tartare served on a savory maritozzo (a type of pork shoulder) topped with arugula and herbs, with a caper sauce as a base: fresh and delicious.
For starters, I chose the delicious linguine with clams, parsley sauce, and lemon zest: a hearty, fresh, flavorful dish, and pleasantly rich in clams.
For the main course, I had the pleasure of tasting the amberjack with beurre blanc, accompanied by a sweet and sour dip: a balanced flavor, well-balanced by the crunchy vegetables.
Finally, we chose the Pi(g)neto for dessert, also very light and delicate, but not lacking in personality.
Particular attention was paid to the entrées and the small pastries, which further demonstrated the high quality and intelligence of this cuisine.
The service was professional, friendly, and attentive to the customer's needs.
Prices absolutely in line with the quality offered.
Perhaps it was because it was a weekday or just pure chance, the place was almost empty, and we were shocked and disappointed. But we hope it was a coincidence, because in my opinion, it's a place worthy of high consideration. Despite everything, we enjoyed the intimacy and attentive service.
Finally, I'd like to mention what, in my opinion, is the restaurant's only flaw: the location. It certainly appears well-maintained and clean, but with a sterile style that deserves more attention to creating an aesthetic identity that aligns with the excellent cuisine offered.
We can't wait to return to try the new menu items.

Matteo è uno chef appassionato di sperimentare in cucina. Crea piatti a livello gourmet, buonissimi, originali, anche belli.
Siamo stati a cena e devo dire che ci ha stupiti, abbiamo degustato delle cose cucinate in modo originale e superlativo, consiglio una visita per capire, scrivendo non ho parole per descrivere la mia meraviglia. Ultra consigliato.
Sconsigliato ai rozzi e cafoni.
