Very convenient place to stay if you enjoy spending time on the beach! The location is about couple of steps away from the beach! A restaurant is also available nearby if you need to eat, the food is fresh and incredibly delicious. The owner is flexible and very friendly! I will definitely be back next year! I found Riccardo, the owner, a wonderful and helpful person, a great price. The beach has an umbrella and loungers. The only thing missing from the apartment is a toaster or microwave, but perhaps the space isn't enough.

This was my second year at Residence Il Triangolo and I had a wonderful time. The staff and owner were very friendly, and the apartment is right on the seafront; you just have to cross the beach. Dog owners, like me, can take them to the grassy area with sun loungers. I'll definitely be back.

It's located in a very quiet area, just steps from the sea. Riccardo and all the staff are always available and courteous. For me, the most important thing is not having to worry about traffic pollution.

We particularly appreciated the tranquility of the residence, ideal for relaxation, as well as its strategic location, which allowed us to easily reach the main attractions in the area. The staff was always helpful and courteous, ready to satisfy our every request. We spent unforgettable moments by the pool, which was immaculately clean and well-equipped, and we really appreciated the children's play area. Cleanliness and kindness. Top location for the sea but also for the proximity to Roseto and Giulianova. For those who bring strollers, cribs and similar I recommend the ground floor due to the lack of a lift. I give the service 4 because speaking of apartments I would equip them with a washing machine, iron and hairdryer (this last one however was provided to us on request). Also I would not charge for towels, I'm honest.
