Cleanliness and kindness. Top location for the sea but also for the proximity to Roseto and Giulianova. For those who bring strollers, cribs and similar I recommend the ground floor due to the lack of a lift. I give the service 4 because speaking of apartments I would equip them with a washing machine, iron and hairdryer (this last one however was provided to us on request). Also I would not charge for towels, I'm honest.
