The chef, who I had the pleasure of meeting, is an authentic master of Apulian cuisine: her dishes, such as the orecchiette in sauce with chops and the mixed roast, are prepared with the freshest ingredients and contain all the flavor of tradition. The staff were exceptional, always kind and helpful, attentive to my every request without ever being intrusive. The service was quick and impeccable, making the experience truly pleasant. The location is enchanting, with tables arranged in a characteristic alley in the historic centre, perfect for enjoying delicious dishes in a relaxing and evocative atmosphere.
