We chose this place for the choice and originality of the various dishes, and we were not disappointed. The well-kept location is very suggestive. The owners and the guys who served the tables were really very kind and affable. Quick and careful. Good value for money. The spaghetti with clams is recommended. Really excellent. It would be ideal if there was some extra spaghetti Some dishes are more abundant, others less. Just a note... perhaps we need to work a little on the flavors of the homemade desserts. The lace truffle, however, is excellent. We will return to Tropea on our next holidays Advised!

We thoroughly enjoyed having lunch here! First, I want to mention that the staff and atmosphere were lovely and charming. At this restaurant, you will find traditional Calabrian dishes. The food was fresh and tasty, and the house wine is a 10/10 👌🏻. This restaurant is definitely a must if you’re in the city.

It was 4pm and other than the main strip in Tropea, all the restaurants had closed! We luckily turned into this tiny courtyard and found it to be open. What a gem of a find. The waiter was so attentive and informative. The food was amazing. He evening turned the music off for us. We were at the time the only people in there as it probably early for dinner, but we had to Be on the train back to Scilla at 630pm. Wonderful. Cannot recommend enough!

Definitely my place in the heart in Tropea. Great cooking (I recommend the dish with Katsuobushi, and the inviting off-the-menu dish), great owners; Gaia and Roberto. Many thanks to the amenable Alessandro. So, I'd say cheerio! And for sure you will say it as well!

Inside a courtyard in Tropea I find the REM - a small restaurant where I was able to spend a pleasant evening as a couple, savoring Calabria in the dishes and in the wine. Truly excellent seafood dishes, fresh and well-processed fish.

10/08/2024: Kind, friendly, helpful. I stayed with them in the rooms, which are accessible and at an excellent price, impeccably clean. While the restaurant is acceptable! It's a shame because the owners are really nice anyway. A stone's throw from the main part of the city, where the cannon is located. You can breathe the sea and Tropea air ❤️
07/08/2024: Reception was friendly, after we sat down the service got worse. At the end, while I was eating my daughter's pizza (which was already full), everything was already taken from the table, by the owner too. The waiter (dark boy) was very friendly and respectful to the customers. It was like assembly line work, one table had to leave immediately to serve another. As much as possible in 1 day. There is no way to indulge yourself. Too bad... very sad...

18/08/2024: Terrace with a great view is the first point, food is another point and the ambience is the third point. Service was poor. Starter and main course served together. Forgot bread and claimed we didn't want any. Forgot salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Everything would have to be asked for. Chilled white wine was ordered and red wine was delivered. Music for the first half hour in a test run, as the music box didn't really want it. It really disturbed and the mood in the basement. Despite two service employees and the two of us alone on the terrace. It's a shame, it could have been a nice evening. Practice makes perfect, or good money gets you good people. It didn't look like that here.
15/08/2024: I wanted to add to the terrace 48 Tropea vv nearby. Is there free parking?
