This is the palace of the "Mega Galactic Director" in Fantozzi played by Paolo Paoloni (RIP 🙏). His full name is Mega Galactic Director Duke Count Balabam, and he is the supreme boss of the Megafirm, a character very feared and seen as an almost abstract entity by the employees. 😂
