Red Hop In Livorno

I happened upon this pub while in Livorno for work and wanted to end the evening with a couple of good beers. I found a very welcoming atmosphere with excellent beers from the best breweries, both on tap and in cans. I also discovered a few breweries I hadn't heard of. The owner, super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate, let me try their pulled pork, and I have to say it's one of the best I've ever had. They also have soft dart boards. Highly recommended. Super friendly and passionate. Great selection that often changes, with 5-6 beers on tap and plenty of bottled ones. The Thursday BBQ is highly recommended!

We visited this place for New Year's Eve. The tasting menu was excellent, and we had the opportunity to try many beers. The place is welcoming, and the staff is friendly. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes in the future. Thank you.

The place and staff were welcoming, making us feel right at home. The owner welcomed us right away and carefully explained the dishes and beers, giving us great recommendations. Not to mention the food and beers, everything was truly delicious. Highly recommended.

Impeccable service, detailed explanations of the food and craft beers. We tried the cheese-stuffed meatballs wrapped in bacon (spectacular), ribs with their own barbecue sauce, over-the-top pulled pork, potato croquettes stuffed with melted gorgonzola, and a very tasty coleslaw salad. We also tried the cheese-stuffed jalapeños, which were, needless to say, delicious. Lightly smoky lager or smokier red craft beer, or classic lagers. A truly positive experience.
