Excellent dinner! Well thought out dishes, everything excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert. Excellent combinations. Simple, clean place, perhaps too minimal for my tastes.

Each course is a masterpiece, the environment is refined and welcoming, the staff is highly qualified and attentive without being too intrusive, praise goes to Salvatore, Raffaele and Giovanni who pampered us and accompanied us on this splendid journey! For my birthday, my partner and I chose to dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant and the experience was simply impeccable. Every course delighted us, from the refined entrées to the creative desserts, highlighting cuisine of the highest level. The location was elegant and with attention to the smallest details, creating a romantic and welcoming atmosphere. The service was perfect: the staff was professional, courteous and always attentive to our every need, without ever being intrusive. An unforgettable evening that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a unique culinary experience.

Magnificent experience. The place is elegant and well-kept but without instilling awe, attentive and friendly service but without ever being intrusive, and this great balance between the parts can be found in every dish. We start off strong immediately with an amazing appetizer that well presents the philosophy of the menu, then a succession of creativity and experimentation that is always well thought out, but does not turn its back on tradition (I'm thinking for example of the aubergine parmigiana). The chef's signature tagliatella, the spectacular second course of meat, up to the desserts that really put the icing on the cake to a wonderful meal. The final brioche is a very tasty cloud that really leaves the feeling of being pampered, and just when I was regretting not having chosen the wine pairing, the sommelier, also attentive, friendly and thoughtful like the rest of the staff, comes to offer us a Ratafia Champenois which left us with such a sweet taste that it made us give up coffee, because we wanted to preserve it a little longer.
What can I say, a wonderful experience on all levels, enhanced by extremely good staff, and if I could go back every week I would do so with all my heart. Highly recommended!

But where is it written that to eat in a starred restaurant you must be rigid in the rigor of etiquette and etiquette? The staff of "Re Santi e Leoni" understood this well, made up of extremely professional young people who manage to make you live a sensorial experience with the right lightness accompanied by a marked sympathy.
Chef Luigi Salomone delighted us with his specialties, all dishes taken care of down to the smallest detail and with exceptional quality raw materials expertly treated. The sommelier Salvatore knew how to match the right glasses throughout the meal, and the waiters Raffaele and Giovanni were always attentive to our needs.
All goodism but the seaweed pancake and the coffee tagliatelle deserve an honorable mention... I still dream about them.
I will return and recommend everyone to try it.

Ristorante stellato a Nola gestito dallo chef Salomone. Location originale ricavata da un vecchio oleificio. Staff eccezionale con Giovanni in sala e Salvatore come sommelier. Abbiamo provato il menu contemporaneo (6 portate) che ci ha soddisfatto molto (in particolare il baccalà e il maialino da latte), per non parlare del pane, burro di calamari e casatiello fatti in casa: magnifici. Scelta dei vini perfetta da parte di Salvatore. Gentilezza, competenza ed attenzione al cliente fanno di questo ristorante una tappa obbligatoria per gli amanti della cucina.

Stella Michelin più che meritata, abbiamo scelto la degustazione dello chef ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica. Piatti curati e nessuna differenza per il senza glutine. Locale molto carino ed uno staff incantevole e premuroso. Complimenti 👏👏👏
