Location: The restaurant is located near a small square where parking is easy to find. It doesn't have many seats, like almost all Michelin-starred restaurants, which ensures greater attention to each customer. The decor is modern, with cool, bright white tones, minimal in some areas, yet extremely pleasant. Courses: We chose the Leoni menu, entirely chosen by the chef, to whom we gave carte blanche (with the sole exception of mushrooms, to which we have intolerances). It was a unique experience, with distinctive and innovative flavors. Many courses featured raw fish, but we particularly loved the first courses, including the risotto, cooked to perfection. The leavened pastries were also excellent. The menu truly featured many courses, ranging from sweet to savory, from land and sea. For wines, we chose a Franciacorta to start and a 2019 Fiano, very intense and with a strong flavor. Service: Perfect is an understatement. The staff, besides being professional and knowledgeable, is extremely polite and friendly, explaining the concept behind the menu. The price, for what they offered, the quality of the product, and the service, was truly excellent. It's not the first time we've eaten at Michelin-starred restaurants, but this was one of the best experiences we've had.

It's a very thoughtful restaurant. My phone doesn't have power, so there's a power bank to use! The service is also very good, and the taste is also very good.

A truly beautiful location, elegant and well-kept, the food is a real treat, dishes prepared with care and attention towards the customer, even adapting them to their needs, qualified staff, always attentive and never intrusive.

The location is very elegant and minimalist, and the staff was very attentive to our requests (for example, they even offered us the meatless tasting menu) and very friendly. The dishes surprised us; I loved the sea bass. A wonderful experience.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. We love good food and experiences in places like this. Each course demonstrates that tradition can and must evolve. The chef manages to interpret local ingredients in a wonderful and enjoyable way. The welcome and service were impeccable and had a familiar touch. Another note of merit is the unexpected option of pairing the menu with non-alcoholic beverages, all carefully selected and freshly prepared.

A fantastic experience! We chose the 7-course Santi menu plus pastries. We were pleased with all the dishes and surprised by some truly unique flavors. Personally, I found the cod and raw shrimp sublime, but the spaghetti with peppers was a bit bland. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Abbiamo ricevuto in dono una degustazione del menù “Leoni” il più ricco proposto dallo chef Salomone. Esperienza meravigliosa, intrigante e stuzzicante dall’inizio alla fine. Un vortice di sapori ammalianti, tra note esotiche e tradizione rivisitata. Il tutto accompagnato dalla professionalità del personale di sala che accoglie, intrattiene e coccola con il giusto garbo e savoir faire. Percorso vino in abbinamento altrettanto di livello. Chapeau! Tutto perfetto. Assolutamente consigliatissimo, affidatevi e vi faranno divertire. A presto rivederci

Esperienza culinaria eccellente ! una fantasia di gusti , sapori e profumi abbinati sapientemente con una qualità eccelsa una particolare menzione per 2 portate per me superlative : TAGLIATELLA AL CAFFE', GAMBERI E AGRUMI e MAIALINO DA LATTE, SFUSATO AMALFITANO, CIPOLLOTTO E PEPE ROSA.
