The place is always charming and elegant. The cuisine is excellent, striking the right balance between tradition and innovation. The service is young and friendly, but not up to par, in my opinion, with a Michelin-starred restaurant. We also didn't appreciate the management or the dessert offerings. It's a shame, it could have been a lovely Sunday.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. We chose the six-course menu, for €95 per person, excluding wine. All the dishes were truly excellent; I can't remember a single one we didn't like. In my opinion, the best were the fettuccine and their pasta and potatoes. Their panettone, served as a dessert, was also phenomenal. The duck was my least favorite, but still good. The water list was well-stocked. The service was somewhere between formal and informal, friendly and never intrusive; we enjoyed it. The interior was elegant.

Leaving a restaurant wanting to return is one of the best feelings you can have. It means two things: satisfied customers and excellent work done by the entire staff.
I decided to treat my boyfriend to dinner for our anniversary. We chose the Santi menu, which includes six courses, plus an entrée, pre-dessert, and small pastries.
I honestly struggle to decide which dish was the best of the ones we tasted. A wonderful experience. Flavors, textures, colors, and incredible contrasts.
Except for the first appetizer, which I didn't like because I don't like lard, everything was truly perfect.
There was a problem with the second course, and they promptly fixed it, even giving us a free off-menu item as an apology.
The service is super attentive, precise in describing the dishes and matching wines. Everything was so perfect and thoughtful.
For our anniversary, they even brought us an extra dessert with a candle. Details and customer care make all the difference.
We'll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening 💗
