Coming to Re Di Coppe in Firmo after years is always a new experience and always exceptional! Today, years later, the seafood menu is unparalleled: from the Arbëreshë cuisine of the pasta, the homemade striglie, the divine scoglio, the marinated salmon, the octopus and cuttlefish salad, still with citrus from the cooking process and wonderfully balanced by the marinade, to the peppered mussels and the golden fried fish. Congratulations to the great Re di Coppe! I recommend everyone to make a detour to Firmo for truly excellent dining!
We passed through on our way back from Sicily and headed to the Marche region. The pizza was excellent, the fish-based first course was delicious, and the desserts were spectacular. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.
