05/10/2025: A small gem in the heart of Turin, La Busta Stupa is a restaurant that celebrates traditional Piedmontese cuisine with authentic passion. Each dish tells a story of the region and its excellent ingredients, carefully selected and enhanced by a sincere cuisine that enhances flavors without ever distorting them. From appetizers to desserts, every course is a tribute to good food and Piedmontese culinary roots: authentic dishes, lovingly prepared and elegantly presented. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the friendliness of the staff, makes the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant where tradition and quality truly come together. 05/10/2025: Excellent wine bar with a kitchen right next to the Mole Antonelliana. A few dishes, but all traditional Piedmontese and excellent. I recommend the appetizers (veal with tuna sauce, chicken salad, and Russian salad) and the Canavese-style tajarin with a spicy and flavorful donkey and Barolo ragù. High-quality wines.
