A laboratory of goodness, the café offers everything from savory to sweet, smoothies, extracts, coffee, pastries, and cakes. I have gluten issues, so I found bread and pizza made with ancient grains, super digestible without sacrificing flavor. The organic pasta from their farm is a must-try. Ditto the olive oil. Authentic hospitality, they try to create the combinations you request on the spot, and the hot deli food filled our vacation lunches. Restaurant-quality cuisine 👍🏻

An excellent location where you can sample traditional Abruzzo delicacies, from bread to desserts. The staff, Sara, Deborah, and Michela, are friendly and dedicated to their work, taking great care to satisfy their customers. The environment is clean and tidy. I highly recommend it.
