Rampavilla In Conversano

The appetizer was bruschetta with sautéed mushrooms (4 pieces), which was very good. The stuffed fritters (4 pieces) were good, with a fairly light dough, but I wasn't crazy about the toppings. The only downside was that you had to choose the same type of fritter for all four pieces. The place was very nice, but the tables were really uncomfortable and almost unusable (the ones in the bar area in front of the counter).

A very nice location in the historic center of Conversano, excellent punctuality, pleasant service, super dishes... exceptional stuffed pancakes, excellent thin and crunchy pizzas. Highly recommended for the whole family, for couples...

I feel it is right to leave a positive review because the quality of the food is excellent, the service is fast, the location is exceptional and above all, as a business owner I know what it means to always try to give the best. As soon as I return to Conversano I will gladly return!

The restaurant is very large with its beautiful terraces, its interior room and then the surprise: a flight of stairs that takes us into a vast stone room with a rounded ceiling. Efficient and fast service. As a starter, a delicious raw tuna tartare. Then fritelle: an open fried dough filled according to our choice. Fortifying, greasy but so good! With 1/2 liter of house wine, 43 euros, very reasonable! Essential to book if you want to be on the terrace!

Their specialty is fritters. Before, there was a more intimate atmosphere and setting, but now it has become too serious.

Sono arrivato pieno di aspettative, visto le svariate recensioni positive. Sul servizio nulla da dire, davvero puntuali, ma forse è stata l’unica nota davvero positiva. Purtroppo, il resto ha lasciato un po' a desiderare. Le patatine avevano un sapore poco invitante e lasciavano le manti piuttosto unte, come se fossero state cotte in olio troppo usato dando una sensazione di scarsa cura. Le frittelle, sebbene buone nel gusto, le reputo leggermente sovrapprezzate rispetto alla quantità/scarsità di ingredienti all’interno. Infine, mi è sembrato eccessivo pagare 2€ di coperto per poi ricevere bicchieri di plastica in accompagnamento all'acqua: un dettaglio che ha stonato con l'intera esperienza. Nel complesso, una visita che non ha rispettato appieno le aspettative, peccato.
