The famous stuffed pancakes are truly exceptional, excellent light and digestible frying.
I also wanted to try the tuna tataki and the veal entrecote and was surprised by the quality of both courses.
The restaurant is very beautiful with high vaulted arches with exposed stone, the service is ready to fulfill every need of those suffering from intolerances.

I returned after many years and had further positive confirmation, so much so that I promised myself to return as soon as possible, before the prices increase since in my opinion they seem much more than honest... Congratulations

We were there the other night; we're regulars, and I was very disappointed not to find the same quality as other times... the cacio e pepe sweet potatoes, which I love the way you usually prepare them, were unfortunately disappointing. The cacio e pepe sauce was practically nonexistent, so to avoid complaining, we asked for cacio e pepe sauce on the side... We were disappointed, however, that the small bowl of sauce we requested was added to our bill. It's not the 50 cents, of course, but in theory, I already paid for the sauce in the portion, so if you don't add much, it's not my fault!
Anyway, I'll be back, and I'll let you know if I do.

Delicious tempura caciocavallo cheese stick.
Delicious and crispy pulled pork fritters.
Perhaps the parmigiana fritters lost their crunchiness, and the parmigiana was a little sweet, but overall good.

The atmosphere inside immediately strikes you. It's almost magical. The interior rooms are beautiful. The food is excellent; try the stuffed fritters. The pizza also has a good crust. In the winter, there's a heated outdoor gazebo with beautiful decor. We'll definitely be back.

A very popular location, located on the steps of the historic center of Conversano, where we ate the renowned Apulian fritters... incredibly good, well-seasoned with excellent ingredients. Friendly and professional staff. The interior of the restaurant is tastefully decorated down to the smallest details. Fair prices. Recommended.
