Rustic family-run hut with friendly service. Very good Kaiserschmarrn. The journey was definitely worth it and the view is breathtaking.

Una malga a gestione familiare che si raggiunge in un paio d’ore dal paesino di Ceves vicino a Ortisei. Percorso poco turistico e battuto quindi anche alla malga si trova poca gente anche ad agosto e questo la rende ancora piu apprezzata. Il panorma e’ bellissimo, i ragazzi che servono gentilissimi, tutti prodotti boologici in gran parte fatti da loro, abbiamo mangiato la polenta con il famoso formqggio grigio, da procare assolutamente, e i canederli in brodo, piu uno strudel eccezionali. Prezzi super onesti rispetto a quelli di zona. Ci sono anche giochi per i bambini. Insomma una bellissima scoperta.

Very pleasant, quiet, nice people and a beautiful view! We even had cozy music played for us. A nice place to eat for adults and children. The hut can be reached on foot or by bike. The climb already has a few meters in altitude. The goal is definitely worth it.

Hotel Col Alto Restaurant

03/05/2025: For the 2nd year in a row we came to do a short ski with you. Last year with 6 people and this year with 14 men. * Prime location * Good kitchen with a very extensive breakfast and wide choice for dinner. * Nice wine list * Spacious rooms * Good room service * Ample shuttle service to the lifts *Some very friendly staff Small minus: The bar closes way too quickly.... 11:30 PM is really early. On Saturday evening our bus left and dinner was shoved down our throats, 3 courses in 30 minutes is not pleasant. It was also not possible to pay by card for the wines that our group drank, it had to be in cash. You can expect us again next year and probably with an even larger group.
