The ramen is excellent, as at all their stores. But I particularly want to compliment the service here, as we came in soaking wet on a Thursday, and the girl immediately put us at ease, joking around and providing excellent service.

Very good ramen, kind and professional service. The only thing in my opinion is that everything added is really minimal for the amount it costs. I added very little bean sprouts :(, mushrooms, and spicy sauce. (This is not meant as a criticism, but rather as a reflection on the manager.) It is really important to book otherwise you won't find a place. I HIGHLY recommend it.

We wanted to try Akira's famous ramen, and we were delighted. The ramen is truly excellent, with a spectacular broth. The other dishes we tried were a little less successful.

I had dinner there alone and the mixer starter is super satisfying for me to try three kinds of food in small portions. I also love the matcha ice cream, and the plum wine:)

I had dinner with my wife. Classic ramen and spicy ramen were nothing special. Then I had a kakumi with very tough meat. My wife had a honey cake and she didn't like it very much either... the wine was very expensive... €22 for a bottle of cheap supermarket wine. First and last time.

We arrived not far from closing but they allowed us to order anyway. Service was friendly and efficient. The guabao was ok, pork belly could be better braised and it was weird to have mayonnaise with it. The ramen broth was flavourful if too salty, the noodles were springy and al dente. I guess the prices were a bit high for Italy and even for Japan (that I visit regularly). But it was a decent address for ramen Japanese-style. Incidentally would be good if they could offer free chilli powder (e.g. shichimi) to go with their soups. I noticed that a portion of chilli would incur a 2€ charge.

I had ramen and chicken gyoza, and both were delicious. The pork was just grilled, so it was crispy, and I wish the noodles were a little smoother, but I think it passed the test.

Io personalmente devo dare 5 stelle ad Alessia, una ragazza che ci ha seguiti dall'inizio alla fine di questa esperienza culinaria veramente speciale, consigliandoci cosa assaggiare di tipico del locale e come accompagnarlo al meglio.
Il cibo è veramente buono, anche se non troppo leggero. Noi abbiamo provato 3 antipasti e poi il ramen classico, e siamo rimasti sorpresi dai sapori non usuali a cui appunto non siamo abituati.
Sicuramente torneremo.

Cibo veramente spettacolare, tra bao gyoza e ovviamente il ramen che è il loro punto forte, personale cordiale e gentile. Rapidissimi parlando di velocità nel servizio. da provare assolutamente
