We sit down, order a drink and some typical gourmet appetizers from Padua, they are delicious, the spritz a little less so and the gin and tonic they recommended is excellent. The only flaw was the service, after having reordered another 4 cicchetti because the first ones were finished immediately and were good, the course never arrived... I'm still waiting for it...

Stop by while visiting the centre. We had different types of toast and some spritzes, both Campari and Aperol. The toasts were good and filling, as were the spritzes. Even though it was full, the service was very fast.

Service was very uncomfortable and lowkey rude. The server was really annoyed that we didn’t speak Italian. He ignored us while taking our order, looked away while we where talking & didn’t even try to understand us.. the order was wrong but we didn’t make a problem of it, because of the way he behaved. Afterwards, he approached the table for the bill, but like he just stood there without saying anything? We where really confused about it. The food and location are great, but we will not be coming back here

Very central place, we sat down and asked for a mix of Cicchetti and each one was really good! The waiters were very kind to us.

especially known for its spritz cocktails and a variety of tramezzini (Italian sandwiches), making it a great place for an aperitif or a light meal. Little bit pricey (compared to other cafes/bistro in Padova). For instance, spritz 5 euro, glass of wine Lugana DOC 5 euro. But it’s a great experience

12/01/2025: Pranzato in occasione del nostro weekend della befana appena trascorsa. Servizio a self service (almeno a pranzo) ma pietanze non male e, devo ammettere, servizio gentile e cortese. Abbiamo optato per bigoli al ragù: pasta al dente e condimento buono. Dolci buoni.
24/12/2024: Confermo il mio apprezzamento per il locale l,Ci sono tornata perchè mi piace l'atmosfera retrò ,la gentilezza e cortesia della signora che ci servito. Non solo competente ma veramente carina e pronta a dare consigli .Ottimo cibo. Buono l'affettato con polenta alla griglia-veramente abbondante-Buona la calamarata con salsiccia e funghi e i bigoli con acciughe di Cetara .Buona la zuppa inglese e la macedonia di frutta fresca .Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo Consiglio la prenotazione .Nonostante l'affollamento l'ampiezza del locale ha permesso una cena tranquilla. Ho apprezzato che nessuno del personale abbia messo fretta per lasciare il tavolo nonostante- la coda all'ingresso del sabato sera.

01/03/2025: Good bar in one of Padua's 3 main squares. Service could be improved but still friendly and helpful. The cocktails are good and the aperitif too, I also recommend the cicchetti, typical of Padua and very good. (They cost €2.50 each but they are worth it).
