Really good, but I recommend the managers to add rice spaghetti, I couldn't have any type of pasta or ramen as I'm celiac

The fish is always fresh and the staff always friendly. I have been frequenting Rakutei for years and it has never disappointed me, including the outdoor summer loggia.

For several years now our trusted 'sushi' (and not only) despite various tests in the surrounding area. Everything is done on the spot even in the AYCE formula. Very kind and always with a smile, for us it is impossible not to finish the meal with the hot plum liqueur! 8 9 75 19A 41 42 and mixed tempura!

The first time I went to this restaurant I didn't like it, but then I reevaluated it. The thing I don't like are the very old and dirty menus, they're a bit disgusting. I don't like the fact that there are no photos and therefore it is difficult to order. However the staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't like that you have to order verbally with the waitress waiting in front of you. I prefer how they do it in all other Japanese restaurants, where you write down what you want on a little piece of paper and then when you're ready you give it to them. I really appreciated that the miso soup is brought in a ceramic bowl and not plastic. I enjoyed the food, fresh and tasty.

I've been going to eat at Rakutei for many years. The place is nice, very clean, the staff are friendly and last but not least, the food is good and always fresh.

nice japanese food! i tried the seaweed (wakame) and tempura udon, those were good. the staff are friendly, the price is considered average. i spent 17-20€ for dinner.

29/03/2025: Every time I come to Florence it is one of the places I always return to. A little crowded at lunch time. Excellent place and kind and smiling staff. I recommend Cantonese rice.
29/03/2025: I'm a student, now I'm always there after school. I'm very fussy about food. Excellent service and welcoming staff too. For us students there is also a student card with a discount. Highly recommend and also great place for stories.

28/01/2025: One of the best Chinese restaurants in Firenze. You pay for admission and whatever else you want. The place was clean, polite, with very nice, helpful and friendly staff. The food is very good, desserts are also available. Low prices! For me, number one in Florence. I highly recommend it
