Finally a sushi for vegetarians with noteworthy options. I decided to try Rainbow's sushi as a take away option and I was pleasantly surprised. It's not easy to find good vegetarian sushi that isn't limited to rice and avocado or rice and cucumber. This sushi is stunning, an explosion of flavors that all come together and yes, it can be addictive :). Impeccable presentation, box with carefully designed graphics and arrangement of the sushi as shown in the image, making it excellent especially given the take away option. Lightly battered vegetables, fresh frying oil. Although there was an ingredient missing to complete the chosen sushi option, I was notified by telephone and was offered an alternative. The only aspects to improve are the possibility of choosing drinks even for take away and remember the napkins, especially for delivery. Highly recommended, to try again and again.

On the advice of a friend I went to try rainbow sushi 2.0 and I was pleasantly surprised... The sushi is really delicious, with particular but excellent variations and the price is very honest... The place is very small so you have to You have to book but it's worth it... The owner is also very nice

We were staying nearby and, thanks to the good reviews, we took advantage of it. Excellent surprise, courteous and quick service, nice, clean environment, good and beautiful dishes, among which I really appreciated the proposals with Adriatic fish, really well done. Good, albeit small, cellar. My only piece of advice is that I would have preferred hosomaki and uramaki that were a little smaller in size and easier to feed. Anyway, congratulations and thanks for a lovely evening with you.

The best sushi in Rimini. Very high quality of ingredients, vast and not at all obvious choice. Courtesy and punctuality are another 2 strong points. I have always preferred takeaway, but soon I would also like to try eating in as the environment is really beautiful and well-kept.
