Rainbow Sushi 2.0 In Rimini

A nice place near the center of Rimini, offering sushi à la carte. The quality of the fish is undeniably good, and the sushi is very well made. The temaki is especially recommended. They also have more "Mediterranean fusion" options, including the excellent anchovy nigiri. The prices aren't cheap, which is understandable given the quality, but they're still a bit high. Good for an alternative evening. The decor is very nice, with a few very modern tables.

Overall, the sushi was very good, especially the temaki, while the uramaki with Philadelphia cheese and strawberries lacked the fish flavor, but the quality was still excellent. The only downside is that it's a small eat-in place, not a proper restaurant, so the wait time needs to be as short as possible. That evening, also due to the large number of takeout orders, the wait was a bit long, IMHO. Service could be improved.

I love this place in person and have never had takeout. It's like I've been there.

The quality of the products is top-notch, the combinations are fantastic, and the sushi is perfectly composed. Just enough rice and plenty of seasoning. The hot dishes are also truly excellent. The prices are average, and in my opinion, they're well-balanced for the quality and delivery service.

Highly recommended restaurant for sushi, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and not to mention the food which is spectacular, I go there every time I pass through the city
