Yesterday was a delightful evening for my mother's birthday, in a very family-friendly atmosphere. The owners, Gabriele and his wife, were extremely kind and attentive, supported by a patient and attentive staff who responded to our every request. The food was excellent! They demonstrated great professionalism and attention to food intolerances. Highly recommended!

Today we had lunch at the "Radis Trattoria Moderna" restaurant in San Prisco. The welcome was perfect: friendly, polite but not pretentious, the service familiar but not intrusive. You immediately feel at ease. The decor is relaxing, understated, and refined at the same time. The interior dining room and garden offer generous seating arrangements. Each table feels like a separate island. We chose to sit in the garden. The background music was light and pleasant. The dishes were exquisite, starting with the appetizer. The light fried anchovies were also delicious; I also tried the stuffed ones my son chose: delicate; the pinsa with chili peppers, soft and tasty; the paccheri with cherry tomatoes and cod, cooked to perfection, with a perfect balance of flavors; the Radis tiramisu, soft as a cloud, a true delight. The products used are all top-quality, otherwise the chef's undoubted skill in making every dish tasty and light would not have been enough. Prices: completely reasonable and appropriate for the offerings. A couple of friends came to visit us, and we wanted to make a good impression. We succeeded. You can't go wrong with Osterie d'Italia: we weren't familiar with Radis, but while passing through Caserta, we decided to choose this restaurant. Its cuisine is inspired by regional tradition, yet refined and modernized by the taste of the two young owners. An excellent choice for the quality, variety, and kindness of the staff: highly recommended, we hope to have the opportunity to return.

I celebrated my 40th birthday, beautiful place, family atmosphere, excellent food... From the first moment both Gabriele and Anisa made us feel at ease, they pampered us... the food was excellent with a modern twist... the real gem... the garden, stunning, it feels like you're leaving the city for a moment to enjoy some relaxation and peace... conclusion: I will return often... Excellent value for money...

A modern restaurant with an open kitchen. The dishes are well-prepared and delicious. The appetizers are endless, the first courses are delicious and beautiful, the meat and fish are well-cooked, and the desserts are beautifully prepared and decorated. We returned after a few years to celebrate my wife's birthday and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and sophistication of the dishes. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is tastefully decorated.

A delicious lunch for a birthday party. The location was meticulously maintained, both inside and out, with a warm welcome and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Compliments go to Gabriele for his cooking and dishes, and to his wife for her kindness and helpfulness. A real compliment! In a sea of improvising people, this place is managed by knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Dopo un pranzo domenicale , durante il quale siamo rimasti estasiati dai sapori delle portate, ho deciso di festeggiare la prima comunione di mio figlio qui. Innanzitutto un plauso va a Gabriele, persona eccezionale sia sul lato professionale che umano! Chef eccellente che guida la sua truppa in modo impeccabile così come sua moglie , di garbo e gentilezza ormai rari, si occupa del servizio e della sala! Cura maniacale nella preparazione dei piatti , semplici ma raffinati allo stesso tempo, e dell’allestimento sala ! Piatti della tradizione ma sapientemente rivisitati , i sapori sono esattamente quelli di una volta! Da assaggiare assolutamente il pollo porchettato! Le papille gustative in estasi! Tutti i commensali hanno non apprezzato ma di più, la bontà di quanto mangiato e approvato la scelta della location la cui chicca è la parte esterna… trasmette davvero familiarità e relax! Ogni altra parola sarebbe superflua. Si deve solo vivere come esperienza culinaria! Ancora grazie per aver aggiunto un bellissimo tassello ad una giornata per noi molto importante!

Abbiamo festeggiato la nostra promessa d’amore. Siamo stati benissimo, una trattoria moderna a 5 stelle. Abbiamo passato una giornata romantica, divertente e piena d’amore ma tutto accompagnato dall’ottimo cibo, buon vino e tanta professionalità e gentilezza.
