Rabaioli - Pane, Dolci e Caffè In Castelleone

I'm not used to writing reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because I appreciate your establishment. This morning, I stopped by for breakfast and pointed out the lack of hand towels in the bathroom, to which the response was, "We do that on purpose because they get flushed down the toilet." I even suggested installing an electric hand dryer, but from the response I received, the prevailing preference seems to be to deny customers the ability to dry their hands, or worse yet, not wash them. I hope you'll take some steps to address this small omission.
