I can confidently say that this restaurant was the best experience I had in Italy.
I was treated most warmly by the restaurant with first-class service, which made the experience even more delightful.
The interior was majestic, with open windows to enjoy the spectacular weather coming from the sea.
The food was sublime. Some highlights for me were:
1. Appetizer, inspired by Quattro Passi's early days as a pizzeria
2. Mullet Wafer: Must-try, my favorite dish. I can't emphasize this dish enough, I'm confident this is the best fish I've ever tasted in my life.
3. Tomato pasta: It looks like any normal tomato pasta, with only noodle and red sauce, but the flavor is out of this world. Really really surprised by the flavor, the richness of the tomato is so dense, it completely dominates.
4. Saffron, rice, chocolate tart: Wonderfully rich flavor, with fun textures coming from the rice grains
It's quite difficult to travel there, but I sincerely wish I can enjoy another meal at this place again in the future.

One of the best of the best. Haven’t tried staying in the rooms so this review is only for the restaurant.
The Nerano pasta is a must try - gentle yet impactful flavors. Nothing like I’ve ever tried in this world.
Every dish was well thought out and brought you through an experience.

Great dinner; we enjoyed or even enjoyed all the dishes. We had the tasting menu and two signature dishes from the à la carte menu, which were absolutely worth it (squid flower and gnochi). A lovely, light start from our own garden, followed by a slightly heavier (not a negative) second amuse-bouche. The first two courses (tomato and courgette flower) were very creative, with the signature dish, squid, fantastic, a superb bread course, followed by my favorite, mackerel, great spaghetti, sensational lasagna, superb gnochi, a delicious cod, and the very tasty chicken. Then, my second favorite course, the pre-dessert! The desserts were simple but also delicious.
Service was excellent in places, but we had to wait briefly twice for the wine while the food was already there, and the congratulations mistakenly went to my wife instead of me :)

My wife and I have been fortunate to have dined at many great restaurants throughout the world. Of course we use the Michelin guide to give us an idea of which restaurants one might consider but we also try to have an open mind and we try to be guided by the chef's vision as we embark on this gastronomic journey together. We were of course excited to dine at this exceptional restaurant.
The setting is idyllic in Nerano with breath-taking sea views. We arrived early (usually not our style but we wanted to enjoy sunset at this wonderful location) and were greeted warmly. After a minor delay we were then whisked to our beautiful corner table with a wonderful sea view. Salvatore and Antonio introduced themselves and were excellent servers
Every course we had was fresh, creative and full of flavor. The wine pairings complemented our meal wonderfully and Kiara the sommelier guided us masterfully through these wonderful wines.
Overall we were impressed with this wonderful place and feel it has a well deserved three Michelin stars.

The staff, both at the hotel and in the restaurant, are knowledgeable and courteous, a quality that every hospitality business should aspire to.

The restaurant welcomes guests into an atmosphere meticulously maintained. Upon arrival, the reception staff graciously introduces the kitchens, all open and impeccable, a true spectacle for those who enjoy watching the kitchen crew at work. The kitchen team appears impeccable, focused, and coordinated, embodying the very image of fine dining.
The appearance of the dining room staff is less in keeping with the expected standard: a slightly shabby appearance that contrasts with the perfection of the cuisine, yet without compromising their courtesy and attentiveness to the customer.
Our table was upstairs, under a pergola, at 2:00 PM on a scorching August day. The choice of a single fan for all the terrace seats made for limited thermal comfort, an aspect that deserves greater attention in a restaurant of this caliber.
The cuisine, however, did not disappoint: beautifully balanced dishes, excellent ingredients, and a fine wine list, with a champagne that paired the meal magnificently.
The staff's helpfulness was confirmed when, for dessert, we asked to move to the cooler lower floor: a request granted promptly and courteously.
