It took us close to 2 hours to come from Naples but wow it was worth it. Crazy good views, very friendly and down to earth service and most certainly the best food i have eaten in Italy. The zuccini flowers with ricotta was mind blowing while the lasagne is easily the best i have had. Loved every minute of this amazing experience!

Lunch at Quattro Passi was an extraordinary culinary experience, worthy of its three Michelin stars and capable of combining elegance, technique, and passion in every detail. From the moment we arrived, the service was distinguished by refinement and attentiveness: an impeccable staff, always present but never intrusive, accompanied us on a gastronomic journey that pampered the senses from start to finish. The bright location with a breathtaking sea view creates the ideal atmosphere for savoring cuisine that is true art. Lunch began with a series of creative, jewel-like amuse-bouche, followed by courses that showcased the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The dish of white squid arranged in a flower with caviar was memorable, a display of absolute delicacy and technical perfection; the creamy and fragrant spaghetti alla Nerano was extraordinary, celebrating the region with a touch of haute cuisine; The lamb main course was excellent, perfectly cooked and accompanied by a composition of vegetables and aromatic herbs, a blend of intense and harmonious flavors. The desserts were also of the highest standard: the millefeuille with wild strawberries and cream concluded the meal with a balanced freshness and sweetness worthy of a fine pastry shop. Each dish was presented like a work of art and paired with expertly selected wines, further enhancing the experience. The pace of service was perfect, allowing just the right amount of time to appreciate each creation. Quattro Passi is more than just a restaurant: it's a gastronomic journey that leaves lasting memories. I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help but do so after staying here. Accustomed to Michelin-starred restaurants, I wanted to try Fabrizio's renowned cuisine. I found not only a cuisine that exceeded expectations, but a temple of hospitality as only southerners can provide. Here, you can sense the linguistic difference between "house" and "home." A warm, welcoming, and emotional place that transcends the sterile luxury usually found in Michelin-starred establishments. I was moved, but in a different way this time. I thank the entire Mellino family and their staff for putting their heart and soul into their work, which reaches straight to the guest. I can't wait to walk through that majestic red door as soon as possible.

His presence added warmth to the elegance, making everything even more authentic. The menu, while based on local ingredients and simple flavors, was a triumph of technique and sensitivity. Each dish sublimated tradition, elevating local flavors with respect and creativity. It was as if each course were a solo piece, perfectly integrated into a larger harmony, where nothing was left to chance. Beautiful setting, incredible food and wine. We also stayed overnight and the room was fantastic. They do a shuttle service down to the beach for €5 as well.

Tutto perfetto.Un viaggio attraverso i sapori.Ringrazio lo chef Antonio per avermi regalato un ricordo perché il fiore di calamaro rimarrà tra i piatti più buoni ,bilanciati,delicati che io abbia mai mangiato

Das Menü war sehr gut. Die drei Sterne trägt das Haus völlig zu recht. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Sehr guter freundlicher Service.
