Good, good. Dinner with colleagues. The paccheri were special as was the tagliata. Hospitality and courtesy. Recommended.

Found by chance during a stop in Ascoli. There is no à la carte menu but the owner listed all the dishes with their prices. There were 3 of us and we had a complete appetizer for 2 (plenty even for 3), 2 paccheri with artichokes, bacon and pecorino and 1 gnocchetto alla Norcina...what can I say? Everything was truly superb! With water and a medium beer 60 euros for 3 The licorice liqueur (offered) was fantastic! Recommended for the quality of the food, honest prices and impeccable service, everyone was very kind!

The 3 of us split 2 mixed appetizers consisting of 4 5 trays with mixed cold cuts with cheese, bread croutons, mixed fried foods including Ascoli olives, yellow cream, mushrooms, then fried courgettes and mixed grilled vegetables cost 25 euros for 2 people, Plus 3 abundant typical first courses, 2 bottles of water and a medium lager beer all for 60 euros. It was a good thing we had Fiorenca with us, a local cuisine specialist, and a journey through the kitchen began. The staff's advice and patience in selecting the dishes were incredibly good. As soon as we arrived in Ascoli by motorbike, on the advice of the owner of our B&B we took a walk in the center and stopped in this tavern. Never was a move more apt! Not only the food, but also the welcome from the staff was fantastic.

Premesso che conosco molto bene la meravigliosa città di Ascoli e il suo panorama gastronomico ... solo adesso abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante che si trova ad un centinaio di metri da piazza Arringo . Abbiamo apprezzato tutto ; il personale di servizio impeccabile e simpaticissimo, i piatti tutti molto gustosi ,non scontati e preparati con ottime materie prime, ambiente informale e molto caratteristico, prezzo onestissimo. Torneremo sicuramente per la nostra prossima visita in questa stupenda città!

Today I celebrated my birthday with family. What can I say! Everything was wonderful starting from the appetizers, continuing with the first courses, the second courses and the dessert. The appetizers are truly exquisite and of various nature. The first ones are to choose from and I tell you that you will be amazed. Among the second courses there is the doubt between the sliced ​​​​and the lamb "scaldito" but if you don't want to make mistakes... order them both and you won't regret it. Side dishes, desserts, coffee, bitters... In short, you won't be able not to go back. For me, every occasion is a good one to return to this fantastic lady who, knowing it was my birthday, set up a small portion of dessert with a candle and complete with "happy birthday to you...." A kind thought! Good.

Non aspettatevi un ambiente ricercato, luci, arredi e altro lusso che non serve. È un piccolo ristorante nel vecchio centro della città che conserva il fascino delle vecchie mura e dei pertugi che rispettano la struttura antica del fabbricato. Cosa dire, si mangia ottimamente ad un prezzo onesto. Il servizio è eccellente, rapido e supervisionato dalla titolare che non manca mai di chiedere se tutto è nelle aspettative. Gli antipasti sono vari e i primi sono veramente squisiti. Eccellenti le tagliate guarnite con condimenti a scelta. Vedrò se posso pubblicare foto, i piatti lo meritano.
