I don't always write reviews of places I eat, unless they've particularly impressed me. This is the case with Quanto Basta. The food was truly fresh, excellent quality, and beautifully cooked. It wasn't overly seasoned with oil or salt, which is a plus. The appetizers were varied, and I particularly enjoyed the paccheri with crispy pork shoulder and artichokes. The sliced beef was incredibly tender. The price was reasonable for the food, and even more reasonable, less than I expected. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

Always a guarantee!!
We went once with some friends from Veneto and they were amazed. Excellent food and a very pleasant atmosphere. Very fair prices. It's always a pleasure to return.
P.S. The only "inconvenience" is finding a table. If you want to try it, you need to book well in advance, especially on weekends.

Was there about a month ago – enjoyed everything! Food was very delicious (homemade pasta was extraordinary) and staff were attentive, caring and kind. Thank You very much for amazing dinner, would love to return here someday and I hope to do so!

The owner was incredibly kind, the food was excellent, the prices reasonable, and they even offered free coffee! If I ever return to Ascoli Piceno, I'll definitely return to this fabulous place!
