It is an ancient generation of high quality butchers. I had the honor of knowing the father of the Quaglierini brothers about forty-five years ago. He had the butcher's shop in Rosignano Solvay in Piazza Monte alla Rena. Then they moved to Cecina several years ago where the eldest of the three children opened the butcher's shop in Viale Marconi. Kindness, skill and meat, poultry, cured meats, pasta and other cutting-edge products. They produce an excellent artisanal Simmenthal that I often buy.

26/02/2026: I love everything about this place. I consider it a place close to my heart. Whenever I pass through Livorno, I always go there...for breakfast, for a sandwich, for a sunset aperitif. Always, always beautiful.
