Found it by chance while looking for a place to eat ramen and it was a very pleasant surprise. Very kind staff and attentive to every detail; the gyoza are delicious, you can see they are handmade, the chicken skewers are also very good. Really good ramen!!! The kitchen is open to view and seeing the chef make fresh pasta which he then puts into the ramen was wonderful. Really recommended, the quality/price ratio is really excellent! We will definitely be back.

Meanwhile, the Ramen is pulled by hand and every time it's needed... a wonderful experience only experienced in Japan, so it was a bit like going back! Second great strong point: the volume of the music was low and you could chat!

The food is super delicious, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. You can see the chef cooking the food you ordered. I will highly recommend this place. They also have vegetarian food. THE BEST RAMEN IN ROME!!! ❤️

Excellent place for Ramen in Trastevere. We had gone to this restaurant twice in our 4.5 days of staying in rome. This restaurant we liked so much that we had the last dinner in this restaurant. The ramen is totally handmade and the flavour is excellent. The overall experience in this restaurant is quite good as all the staff are very friendly. Extra Bonus entertainment you will get from the jolly little kid Lorenzo.

I've tried various ramen in Rome but never as good as this!!! Fantastic gyoza and I recommend the spicy ramen, for those who eat it, the best!!!
