The best ramen in all of Italy, we liked it so much that we ordered several times throughout the week we were in Italy

BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL. I've eaten several ramen and this is the best I've ever tried! The place is nice, several tables for couples and groups and also the counter overlooking the kitchen, if you eat alone. The menu has a wide choice and the starters and meat are also very good, I tried both the gyoza and the skewers and I really appreciated them (here I add the only negative note of the whole review: the sauce on the skewers, given how good the meat was, was simply superfluous in my opinion). Very captivating to see the chef preparing the noodles by hand and with great skill and fluidity, he literally makes them from scratch every time an order arrives and given the transparent glass of the kitchen you can observe everything while waiting to eat.

Not bad! certainly artisanal, shame about the not very tasty broth. The service is mediocre as the waiters don't know Italian well. Fairly good prices, a little small room but the open kitchen was much appreciated... unfortunately it's a shame about the bathrooms in really bad condition.

Excellent service and quality food.

What a find! We felt like something different (as others have said) from pasta and pizza. The menu is simple and isn't overloaded. I tried the chicken ramen and WOW, it was probably the best I've ever had. It was so fresh and delicious. Then I realised the chef was handmaking the noodles in the kitchen window and delicately piecing every dish together. It's a real gem of a place and the service was excellent and friendly. The owners baby son was also walking around the tables saying hi to everyone which was a fun touch! Highly recommend this place and I wish it was located in my country, I think I would eat there every week!

Took a family of four. Felt like something other than bread based in Rome :). The team were perfectly nice. The ramen was tasty. Watched the chef making their own noodles which was great to see and to feel like you were eating a better product. I would go back here. Average price was around 15 euros or so for a ramen. English was available. Starters seemed a bit on the pricey side, but I think that's the case everywhere. The menu had enough on it to satisfy my two tweens. But the menu definitely leans towards the 'set thing' menu and there wasn't much mix and match.
