A disappointing experience, especially compared to years ago. Aside from the crowds, which made some pools practically inaccessible, I found the single-theme aperitif to be overly generous with bread, pizzas, and so on. At reception and in the wellness areas, we found the staff courteous and attentive, but the same cannot be said at the bar. It's a shame, the facility still has its charm. I found the price high for what it offers.

I went to Qc Terme on Monday and I can say it's one of the best spas I've ever been to. They have several pools, a nice program to prepare the body for the high heat that comes afterward, they also have a hammam that reaches 50°C and a 15°C Scottish shower. They provide you with a bathrobe for the pools and a towel for the shower. All hair products are already in the shower. They also have creams for straight, frizzy, and curly hair. As a person with curly hair, I highly recommend it. The body and skin care products are excellent. The aperitif is good, light but adequate, with both healthy and slightly more traditional options. The staff are very friendly. The outdoor pools are very large and three of different types. On the floors above there are relaxation rooms, from the room with water mattresses with accompanying music, to the room with a warm red light for sleeping, and rooms with herbal scents to sit in. I highly recommend going, or giving as a gift, because it's a beautiful program.

A relaxing day at the spa. Excellent hospitality, clean and well-maintained spa. Spacious and well-equipped changing rooms. Relaxation rooms are thoughtfully designed and furnished. The aperitif was excellent. I recommend reaching the spa by train because it's 500 meters from Porta Nuova station and parking is paid only.

Lots of unusable discounts because there's always some overlap...nice route with lots of water stops, but too crowded for my taste. Very beautiful and potentially relaxing place.

The property is very beautiful, located inside a historic villa and spread over four floors and an outdoor area. The relaxation areas, saunas, and outdoor area with three pools and a sauna are excellent. We didn't like the ground floor very much because the chlorine burned our eyes. The aperitif was excellent. We'll be back soon.

We had a good time, the only thing is the aperitif, it always gets worse... The usual things put in with the dropper.... Only pizzas or bread... they could put other things in considering how much you pay!!!

The place is very beautiful, but with increasingly fewer amenities. Besides the already very high entrance fee, they have brunch and lunch menus that aren't worth the price. The spa is very beautiful, but we also encountered a service issue where the water wasn't heated properly, and they let us in anyway without any excuse or apology. Brunch was once offered, and the entrance fee was much lower.
