A truly beautiful facility, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail to ensure guests' well-being. We had a fantastic, relaxing day.
The only three negatives are:
- Mandatory lunch on-site: when you stay all day, you're forced to eat lunch on-site, with no cheaper alternatives to the €29 (minimum) menus.
- Poor food: an aperitif at a 5-star spa that mainly serves pizza and fried foods is unacceptable. A few more fruits and vegetables wouldn't have gone amiss. Lunch also needs rethinking.
- Staff: With the exception of the front desk, the staff isn't 5-star trained. In many cases, the smile and customer service typical of luxury establishments were missing.
