Incredible sushi and fish. Very creative menu. Not entirely welcoming to solo diners so go early or later than peak times. Worth the wait but disappointing that the management was not more friendly and accommodating since I returned frequently and ordered / tipped well.

Good restaurant. We eat well. The only flaw is the really exaggerated prices. In my opinion, I don't know how proportionate they are as we are not talking about culinary experiences but about a simple lunch. The difference is substantial.

Wow wow wow. So impressed with the quality of food, service and ambiance of this little gem of a place in Puglia. The fact that this place isnt on the Michelin guide alone is beyond me. Well deserves a star ⭐️ Thank you for the greatest experience ❤️

This is a Japanese restaurant located along the main street of Polignano a Mare. This is not authentic Japanese food, but a very clever Italian arrangement of Japanese cuisine. However, the quality of the tuna nigiri was comparable to what you would get in Japan. When I was feeling nostalgic for the taste of Japan, I tried this takoyaki and it made me feel warm.

Ambiance feutrée. Accueil chaleureux même en solo. Conseils judicieux. Prix normaux pour la qualité de ce qui est proposé. Je m’y rends à chaque déplacement à Polignano.

01/02/2025: What can I say… EXCEPTIONAL. The best sushi in Bari (the branch in the center is also good but this one has a place in my heart). I have been a customer for years and have never reviewed this place, I think the time has come. I also tried the home service and this was also flawless, booking from their app, it arrived on time. It goes without saying that the quality of the food is on another level. I'm just attaching a photo from some time ago at this restaurant, I could create an album😂 Compliments!
30/01/2025: we stayed here on January 30, 2025. Overall a nice place. refined environment, it is not an all you can eat, you cannot smell the typical smells of oriental cuisine, characterized by mixed fried food, and this is something that struck us very favorably. for lunch we opted for something light, like a selection of sushi, accompanied by three plates of noodles of various kinds (wheat, rice, etc.)... the price is all in all honest, we spent around €€ per person. it is undoubtedly a place to recommend, visit, revisit...
