The Good: The soy sauce was excellent, and the beef was cooked perfectly - tender and clearly high quality.
The Not-So-Good: Portion sizes felt quite off, and while the sushi was fine, it didn’t stand out.
Overall, I’m a bit puzzled by the high ratings. The sushi was decent but not remarkable, the beef was good but not exceptional - and for a premium price point, the experience didn’t quite deliver.
39€ for 2 pieces of sushi, the “Fine Preussian Beef,” and a water feels steep.

The quality of the sashimi is good. Excellent rolls. Good quality-price. Difficult to park to get to Corso di Polignano. In the summer it will be a nightmare.

Good food, we returned after an extremely positive previous experience. However, this time, given the level of the place, we were sorry to find unpleasant surprises in the dishes (a thorn in the nigiri and a couple of hairs). Having pointed this out, the answer was that they were prawns (I didn't know prawns had hair😊!). An apology or a gesture of courtesy would have been enough, but they were not received.
