This restaurant is a great find in the heart of Polignano. Original, delicious, and balanced dishes. The service is impeccable. A must-try!

Overall, a very positive experience. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent: dishes are meticulously prepared, elegantly presented, and flavorful. The location is charming, modern, and welcoming, and the service was attentive and professional, contributing to a pleasant evening. That said, there are some areas for improvement: the prices, while understandable for the restaurant's quality, are slightly above the market average. In particular, the wine list features local labels that retail for €10-12, but are offered for €28. A markup for table service is understandable, but it seems a bit excessive. One final note concerns the exhaust ventilation: with an open kitchen, we left the restaurant smelling of fried food at the end of the meal. An improved exhaust ventilation system would make the experience even more enjoyable. Despite these issues, the restaurant definitely deserves a second visit: I will gladly return to try other dishes.

An excellent restaurant in every way. The quality and freshness of the ingredients, both fish and meat (the wagyu is spectacular). The staff is well-trained, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location is excellent. I go there a couple of times a year when I can. It's clearly an expensive restaurant, but the prices are fully in line with what's offered: carefully selected, fresh, and high-quality ingredients, well-trained and friendly staff, and an excellent location—all this in the heart of Polignano a Mare.

Very good service, the dishes were simply delicious, I also recommend their wine cellar which is of very good quality as well as the fish which is the specialty rather than the meat.
