The food is delicious, but going there to queue is crazy...so slow...absurd...not worth it!

I've eaten at the Spaccanapoli location several times and have never had any problems. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case at the Vomero location. The wait for the receipt was very long, and the staff was slow both in the kitchen and at the register, as those at the register left to go to the kitchen. After 30 minutes of queuing for the receipt (despite there being about 9-10 people in line before us), we waited another 50 minutes for the sandwiches to be delivered. Priority was given to deliveries from drivers, even though they weren't yet at the restaurant to pick them up, so all the orders they were preparing weren't for people outside the restaurant. We were number 123, and after half an hour, the number of 108 had gone down to 112. Furthermore, the girl who bagged the sandwiches did so insensitively, so much so that the bacon fell out of the sandwich (the bacon we paid for, which also disappointed us, wasn't crispy at all; I had to remove it from the sandwich several times because it was so full of grease that I couldn't even chew it). Despite this, the sandwich was good, although it's been decidedly better on other occasions. I don't know if it was the crowds' fault, but I certainly won't be returning to the Vomero location.

Among the best sandwiches in Naples, if not the best, I'd dare say! Puok is much more than just a sandwich; it's become a tradition! Each sandwich has a unique flavor; it's truly an experience. 🧡
The staff is always polite and attentive.

The puok sandwich experience is a firsthand one, as I'm celiac, so I can't comment directly. But thanks to my partner, who has a great palate, I can assure you it's delicious! The ingredients are excellent, and credit goes to the extensive research behind the ever-changing combinations. The only downside, dear, is that even us celiacs would love to try your fantastic sandwiches!

Scrivere di Puok non è scontato: si potrebbe definirla una panineria, ma sarebbe riduttivo nei confronti della ricerca che sta alla base della costruzione dei loro panini, specialmente quelli "figli delle stelle" e stagionali; si potrebbe anche definirlo locale da visitina all'insegna del pasto ignorante e succulento, ma c'è spesso poco di ignorante nei piatti della cucina tradizionale qui reinterpretati in altra chiave o ancora, in burger accompagnati da ingredienti di qualità! Che poi possa servire un giretto di corsa volto a smaltire qualche caloria lo si può anche comprendere, ma se avete voglia di un panino buono per davvero... Puok può decisamente fare al caso vostro! Io ho provato il neo arrivato, il Braciola Supernova, e me ne sono innamorato: deciso nei gusti, per certi versi molto coccolone, lo mangi e ti sembra di stare a casa la domenica a pranzo, quando arrivava il momento del ragù coi tagli di carne. La genovese è una delle mie preparazioni preferite in assoluto, ergo non vedo l'ora di tornare per un viaggio Astrospaziale.

Finalmente dopo anni ho provato il famoso panino di puok Ne abbiamo presi sei diversi, ed ognuno aveva il suo distinto sapore!
Quello con hamburger patate e rosmarino era veramente goduria allo stato puro! Bravo bravissimo al proprietario che è’ uno dei primi foodblogger/imprenditori napoletani! Ad majora!
