Dream location, excellent food, and breathtaking views. Possibly the best restaurant on the Costa degli Dei. We booked a table in the morning and were seated with a stunning sea view, surrounded by the lush greenery of the garden. Amazing food, and we were even lucky enough to arrive in the evening as the sun was setting over Stromboli. A magical evening!

A very pleasant surprise. Found by chance on Maps. My wife and I dined in the garden (which I recommend when booking) overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the sunset. Excellent food and friendly service. Highly recommended.

We found this delightful restaurant on Google Maps and, given the reviews, decided to book. Our expectations were confirmed: the place is beautiful, especially the garden, overlooking the sea. We dined around 8:00 PM, enjoying a breathtaking display of colors between the sea, sky, and clouds. Excellent food, friendly staff, highly recommended.

Abbiamo cenato in famiglia, prenotando alle 20, e potendo godere di un tramonto stupendo con lo Stromboli all'orizzonte. Nel giardino sulla terrazza tavoli tondi, ampi, comodi, molto spazio, ambiente accogliente. Ma più di tutto abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, piatti perfetti, gustosi e ben presentati. Consigliatissimi gli spaghetti alle alici, gli spaghetti cozze e vongole, la carbonara di mare. Ottimo il polpo per antipasto. Fritto misto buono ma un po' scarso nella porzione, ottima la tagliata di tonno con cipolle di Tropea. Giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo

Taverna Dei Borboni

11/03/2026: A welcoming location with masonry finishes and a fireplace typical of a mountain restaurant. Service is available to meet various needs. In our case, the appetizer was made with locally sourced produce, with the addition of fried mushrooms for a touch of quality. The first course consisted of classic pappardella with porcini mushrooms. Everything was delicious and well-made. The price was reasonable: approximately €25 per person.
11/02/2026: A wonderful discovery just a stone's throw from Serra San Bruno is the Taverna dei Borboni. The restaurant is tastefully and elegantly furnished, and the service is excellent. Let's move on to the food: what can I say? I had homemade fagottini with butter and sage. Believe me, they were a riot of flavors. The first course was top-notch, well-cooked, with just the right amount of cooking and simple yet well-blended ingredients. For the second course, I had a grilled meat platter, where the veal, sausage, and pork were tender and cooked to perfection. Good value for money.

La Bottega del Gelato

10/09/2025: Delicious croissants with generous fillings, bought almost every night for breakfast the next day and because they're so addictive. The ice cream is also no joke, and it's delicious, too.
08/09/2025: Granita is almost the same as in Sicily.
