11/04/2026: After visiting the excavations, we stopped at this restaurant and pizzeria. I'm celiac and was looking for a gluten-free option. What can I say.... SPECTACULAR. Let's start with the gluten-free focus.... MAXIMUM. Top-quality ingredients; the gluten-free pizza dough is delicious, perfect, and not rubbery. The gluten-free products are also excellent. The gluten-free Colomba Pasquale is also top-notch. Welcoming staff attentive to all our needs. Highly RECOMMENDED

08/04/2026: My daughter, who is 8 and has celiac disease, was finally able to enjoy an excellent gluten-free pizza. They also have a wide selection of gluten-free fried foods, pasta dishes, and desserts, all superb. The staff is incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease. We also purchased the gluten-free Colomba cake, which was far better than many artisanal Colomba cakes on the market. Now that our vacation is over, we will miss them so much!
