The taste is completely satisfying, impossible to describe in words. Just tasting a special pinsa is an experience. If there's any work to be done, it's only on the ambiance, without losing the slight chaos that gives the place its spontaneous and distinctive character.

The gluten-free pizza, despite not being prepared in a dedicated environment, was not contaminated, at least my daughter was not sick.
I did not like the fact that the guy who was working the cash register, then went to the kitchen and put the chips in with his (unwashed) hands.

The pinsa here is world-class for me!!! Crispy to the right point, well seasoned and good size.
A special note for the pulled pork: the right balance of flavors, sweetness and saltiness.. oh my god a real and truly spectacular.. I love it!!! Highly recommended

I've been to almost all the pizzerias in the area, including San Miniato and Fucecchio... hands down one of the best pizzerias (and pinserias). Very light dough, simple ingredients, not extremely refined but authentic, honest prices. Top, keep it up!

I got a devil from you, the dough you have is incredible but I would like to leave you some suggestions, the devil I got had pieces of salami that were as thick as the paper and was almost transparent, maybe cut a little thicker, I saw that you also have kebab, why don't you make kebab pizza? Both the rectangular and the round one, last thing on glovo add the possibility when selecting the pizza to pay 1/2 euro more (depends on what you choose) but add an ingredient of your choice, maybe I want to take a diavola with chips on top or burrata and I can't.
