Excellent pinsa, received with home delivery. Soft and well garnished.

The atmosphere is nice and the pinsa is truly delicious, but you have to eat with your coat because the outside room is cold.

Pinsa buona. Peccato per il servizio, avevamo chiesto due pinse uguali ma con impasti diversi, pinse arrivate ma con stesso impasto (peccato che ero allergica perciò avevo chiesto un’impasto normale). Inoltre un po’ scortesi nel farci capire che dovevamo alzarci perchè volevano chiudere (era le 22.50) con altri tavoli sempre occupati, forse non siamo capitati nella migliore serata.

La pizza que tuvimos en este restaurante fue la MEJOR pizza que hemos tenido en Italia en todos los años que hemos estado viajando aquí. Tuvimos una huelga de trenes hoy. ¡Lluvias torrenciales! No hay coche, así que caminando el 3. 3 km en el torrente de aguacero hasta nuestro hotel cerca de aquí. Y no habíamos comido en todo el día. Era domingo y cada lugar donde paramos a comer estaba cerrado. Estábamos en el tren a Riomaggiore cuando la huelga ferroviaria nos detuvo en Empoli. Estábamos hambrientos y cansados y goteando mojados por la lluvia. Habíamos pasado casi todo el día intentando llegar a nuestro destino. Fuimos a este lugar de pizza... un lugar MUY concurrido y estaba total y completamente reservado! ¡Completamente! ¡Estábamos tan cansados de caminar y esta gente hermosa encontró un lugar para que nos sentáramos para poder comer! Tuvieron la actitud más agradable, cálido, amable sobre ayudarnos. Éramos un completo inconveniente para ellos, pero nos cuidaron como si fuéramos sus clientes favoritos. ¡Cuando llegaron nuestras pizzas descubrimos por qué este lugar estaba TAN ocupado! La comida era excepcional. CALIENTE, crujiente y ligera corteza cargada con los ingredientes más sabrosos que se hayan puesto en una pizza! Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a todo el mundo! ¡La gente de aquí es maravillosa! ¡Como sus pizzas!

I think it's the best Pinsa I've ever eaten... Excellent dough, excellent seasoning. Fair prices, fast and nice service... Well done. The classic pizzas are also excellent. Absolutely recommended. We will definitely be back.
