The worst possible attending service. The gelato is normal, there are better in the City (Netuno and Al Limone). It worth walk a bit more to have a better experience

Excellent place, we personally had sfogliatelle and they were delicious but I saw that there was a wide selection of flavors to choose from for making gelato.

We've ordered from them 11 times now, and the product is excellent. But there's a problem: just now, as well as twice before, the same Glovo delivery driver refused to come up, unlike the others, and made us cancel our order 20 minutes ago. I find this unacceptable! So please, don't send Andrea anymore, because he's the one to blame for the lack of evening tasting and we haven't eaten. I'll still give 5 for the product, but 0 for the delivery driver! If I could have come down, I would have gone and bought it myself!

05/01/2026: Welcoming staff. Exceptional location. One of the best 3-star hotels.
21/11/2025: Excellent location, ample parking available for guests, and a beautiful view from the window. There were a couple of inconveniences, but they were resolved. Among the staff, I immediately felt empathy for one person who was very kind on the phone and suggested I visit the nearby Pertosa Caves, which were wonderful ❤️ definitely worth a visit. The hotel is certainly not new, and there are some things that could be fixed, but it's not easy to run a business these days with all the expenses involved.
