A beach resort, Puntarossa, which is, first and foremost, a restaurant: da Renatone. The owner and his family will welcome you with their authenticity, as genuine as their cuisine. The menu is simple (the daily specials are delicious), yet the cuisine fully showcases the flavors of the freshest ingredients (garlic and onion are prohibited). Must-try dishes include the bruschetta with chicory and prawns, the spaghetti with clams, the catch of the day (baked with mixed vegetables), and the fried fish, which I dare say is perfect: dry (without oil) and crispy. The service is decidedly authentic, sometimes unfortunately confused, but always friendly.
