My only regret is having discovered this restaurant too late! I've been coming to Rome for about two years, monthly, for a professional training program that's now coming to an end. Tonight I decided to treat myself to something different and discovered typical El Salvadoran cuisine... a real surprise! Delicious dishes, carefully crafted in flavor and presentation, in a welcoming atmosphere made even more pleasant by the kindness of the staff. An experience I wish I'd tried sooner: highly recommended!

A little gem in Garbatella. After visiting El Salvador several times, I can say that here you'll find authentic local flavors, including the popusa revuelto, made with Pan cornmeal. I love carne mechada (meat stew), and here I rediscovered all the flavor of slow-cooked Latin American meat. The tamarind margaritas are excellent. Attentive, homely service and all the Caribbean flavors.

24/10/2025: Excellent food and wine. The opening time is wrong. They open at 7:30 PM. The carbonara was spectacular and the seafood pasta was also good.

The dish looked appetizing, with a golden crispy crust and rich flavors — you can tell the chefs here know what they’re doing. The portion was generous, served hot and nicely presented. I also calculated the calories of this dish using the service shown on the photo attached to the review. It turned out to be super convenient and fast — everything was calculated in just a few seconds!
